I'm so glad I purchased monthly membership with Locrating when we relocated back to the UK after 5 years abroad. It proved invaluable with our home purchasing decisions, especially the school information which was really important to us and so easy to decipher using locrating. This is an excellent app which gives very clear concise information and it saved us hours of research. I paid month by month and once we didn't need the app any more was easy to cancel. This is a really excellent resource, which I came across by accident. I found myself going back to it again and again, to explore different aspects of the schools in which I was interested. With the really good maps of catchment areas, and the detailed information on the progression of children from primary schools to secondary, and then on to higher education, it is possible to build up a very useful picture of the schools in an area.
It is certainly the case that this site has saved us a great deal of time and has helped us to reach a much better decision.
I had a couple of questions which I asked the site owners about. Lewis replied very quickly, and put a great deal of work into detailed and very helpful replies - thank you!

Really useful in deciding which area to move to

During these strange Covid times where you can't visit schools, Locrating has been an invaluable resource for us whilst researching our move. I especially like the feature where you can see which secondary schools primary school children end up going to. Thank you!

please add security rating and CDRC info. into the it graphically. it is not so good to view in current map view.

Locrating provide an invaluable service and exceptional customer care. Recently we noticed that the school that we are interested in had a slightly different location to what we expected. Locrating looked into the problem for us immediately, explained what this meant and the implications and made the adjustment to the location on the same day!

I discovered 'Locrating' in 2016 in stage when I was comparing secondary school performances and I was collecting information for my older son.
Locrating.com web site was then the best internet site for schools and now it is even better.
Now 2020 , I still use Locrating.com to collect information for Sixth Forms.

I left Al-Huda 2 years ago to move onto high school. From everything I remember, this is such a wonderful school and all the teachers and students have been so caring/loving towards me since I started nursery there. This Islamic school is definitely worth going to!!

Very useful to get info I want

This was such an invaluable website in terms of searching the area I was thinking of moving to for schools for my son. The catchment area heat map is so useful in helping determine which schools we potentially have a higher chance of been accepted to along with the history of whether the school is oversubscribed or not. The filtering and ordering of schools visible on the map according to various metric was also a handy feature.

This is a great website to support your school application decision and definitely worth your money! Moreover, the team is very helpful with support queries and you never wait on hold for days.
There are amazing functions to help you navigate this complicated admissions process.

If you are new to UK system, as in my case, quick videos come very handy instead of reading pages of articles.
