Locrating is a great product. It provides a clear and comprehensive way of getting information on nurseries, schools and the local housing market.

This app was really insightful and helpful whilst we were considering moving back to the UK with our children. We ended up moving to a different country but would definitely sign up again if / when our plans change later. I highly recommend the app. The huge amount of information on schools we were considering was extremely helpful and meant we could have made a very informed decision on a school and potential properties very easily, doing a lot of groundwork at the drop of a hat, before even entering the UK.

Excellent tool for finding schools. Their free service is already handy, then I subscribed a paid account on my friend's recommendations.
The paid account is fantastic, I can find the information I want easily and make comparisons of different schools easily.

Amazing website. The information they provide is incredible, I almost became obsessed with it when looking for a new house! Boring my wife with oversubscription percentages and progress scores for each school we were looking at. The whole of the website is really nicely set out, super easy to use and packed full of useful information. I did actually find the membership option useful as well to get that extra level of detail.

We are moving house within our local area and I used locating.com for guidance on schools and catchment areas. Lewis was incredibly responsive when I had a query and I discovered the site has way more information than I realised a day before my subscription ran out - not to worry I'll subscribe again when you upload the 20/21 data!

This is a very good site for those who want to rely on hard work done by the company run by parents like us who did their homework for their own kids and used the ecosystem data and knowledge and brought out the insights that can be used to make informed decisions for your next school and home alike

Nice website and good information. The information is presented well but you do need to spend 5mins reading the "how to page" to understand it all, there is so much there. its all explained well though and well worth the money .

Locrating is an amazing app and it has given me valuable insights into schools for my children with all information in one place. I particularly liked the comparison view that it offers to compare all schools like for like.

Able to get all the information I needed

We were faced with choosing schools for three children across different age groups, and with different parts of the country in mind. This site, with its clickable map and wealth of information, was so helpful in visualising our task and in quickly accessing key facts and figures. The menu functions allowed us to rule certain kinds of school in and out, and have that reflected in the map, which was also a great feature. We now have the schools sorted (at last...), so thanks Locrating!

The website is great to understand the performances of the school, however the catchment area seems a bit out of sync.

For example Tyntesfield Primary and Park Road Academy schools in Altrincham, Manchester, show the street Woodcote Road, Altrincham, WA14 to be in catchment, however on the trafford website, this address is not included in the catchment areas for these schools.
However for Broadheath Primary school, I am finding the opposite.

Very uselful when you look for a new property.
By searching for a good school, it gives you majority of the properties around the school, and whether the property is within the catchment area.
Something you can do on your own, but for a small price you are paying locrating, it saves you so much more time.

The site also provides so much more information about the schools, summarised into easy to understand sections and charts to help you make one of your most important decision in your life.

I'm glad that I find Locrating be my school searching tool before I landed UK. The data is completed with updated information. It's user friendly and consider customer needs with all helpful and real time information. I highly recommend you (if you really want to search a "RIGHT" school for your kids) to join/use Locrating.
