Worst logistics company
There is no system in place to contact them. The online site is so poor that when you start typing your request then the “send” button disappears. My parcel has been with them for last 5 days and the tracking the parcel shows it at the same place for last 5 days. Seller says I need to contact DB Schenker but how should I?
Just don’t go with them, save your money and time. It’s better at the end then writing your story for no one to read it.
I have been waiting for my parcel to be out of custom or I don’t know what the heck they are doing with it but the only damn thing I know is that they are going to charge me 75$ every single day they have keep my package when they are the one not doing they job correctly.
They don’t answer their phone, they don’t even freaking answer your email even when they write to your directly.
