Pricing more expensive than other suppliers for same product

The package can be improved. The bags of woodash just put into the box without any protection. It was very easy to cut on the bag when you open the box by a cutter.
The woodash itself has lots of nails and gravel inside. It was very dangerous when I just use my hand to spread the ash. The 3L woodash include the nails and gravel which is not fair.

I bought it before, it was very nice. But this time feel a bit disappointed.

Great service. I had certain delivery requirements as the road to my house is narrow. When the logs arrived the driver was fantastic. He got the logs right outside my log store. I was ready for a bit of hard graft but I was left with a simple task and my back was grateful for it. Oh, and the kiln dried silver birch was brilliant too. Smells fantastic whilst it burns. Burs hot and burns longer then I anticipated. I already have my next order in the basket waiting.

Had an issue with my chippings not turning up but they returned the funds as soon as we brought it to the attention. Great customer service skills and local well run business would highly recommend just based on that alone.

I actually “replied” to the Delivery Advice email after the delightful and professional Kayleigh completed her delivery. So impressed with Logs Direct from order placement and progress via excellent info, I felt I had to commend Kayleigh’s willingness to go the extra mile. Delighted with the lovely pebbles - such value for money!

The goods were delivered promptly, were of high quality at a very competitive price thank you. My only fault is my own, it's so good I need more :-)

Ordered a 4 bag deal of wood chips for the chicken run. A parcel arrived Sunday, only contained 2 bags. Messaged to query and got a response to say delivery of other 2 bags would be Monday. Waited in all day, no delivery, no update for Logs Direct. Messaged again, finally got a curt message to say it would be delivered today, again waited in all day and no delivery. On checking DPD tracking about an hour ago, the parcel is now on its way back to Logs Direct. No response to my message from Logs direct to confirm what is happening, if I will be refunded for the missing items....just stone cold silence. Whilst I understand the company cannot be held accountable for DPD (aka dead person delivery..if you want to lose a dead body this is the way to do it!) failure to deliver, the lack of courteous communication and abundance of couldn't careless attitude is a very poor show. A massive fail on customer care / service. I will not be using again, not ever.

Amazing customer service! I asked if my bulk bag might be able to be delivered in the morning. By the time I had got back from my dog walk at 9.30 am, it had been delivered to the exact location I had requested (the next day after ordering too) Thank you!! ⭐️ I was initially concerned that the top soil bulk bag might not have been screened enough for grass seed prior to purchase, however, I needn’t have worried. Out of the whole bulk bag, I only picked out 30 small twigs and stones in total. If I had used it for bedding, I wouldn’t have bothered! It had a lovely sand element to it as well. Perfect at an amazing price!
