Perfromed EICR for two properties. Readily contactable; punctual to agreed date/time; reasonable price. Certificate promptly delivered.

I contacted the company by phone and was quoted a price, however when the invoice was sent they had added an additional charge for parking that hadn't been discussed. After speaking to Mahtab he said it was a mistake and it would be removed. I paid for the EICR, the electrician did not arrive at the appointed time and I had to phone Mahtab twice to find out what time he would arrive, the electrician did not let me know he would be arriving late. As the last EICR had been done 5 years ago I wasn't expecting any problems. I received an email from Mahtab saying the EICR had failed and it would cost an additional £500 to make the necessary repairs. I politely asked to see the report 3 times however I never received it. I contacted another electrician who explained that some of the things I had been told were necessary for the EICR to pass in Mahtabs' email should have been explained as recommendations. The electrician made the repairs for the price of £190, less than half of the price I had been quoted by Mahtab. I do not recommend using this company and I will be reporting this to the regulator.

I was let down at the last moment and London property inspections saved the day! They completed and issued the paperwork within 24 hours.

slight delay in receiving my EICR

very professional from the beginning. Booked an appointment promptly handed the certificates by scheduled time, highly recommend them to all landlords to hire their services. Very competitive pricing as well.

I couldn't have asked for more, really. I booked on a Thursday afternoon for a inspection on Monday. Some remedial work needed to be done which the engineer promptly organised for the next day. Had all my paperwork by Wednesday morning. Very easy to deal with on the phone and online chat.

Very good level of service and value. Mahtab was very helpful in arranging the joint gas and electrics inspection appointment. Both reports were delivered to me the next working day. Would recommend.

I am very impressed with the efficiency of this company. I needed EICR for my property in London. Online booking system made it easy to schedule the appointment. I was informed of some remedial work after the first inspection. EICR was promptly issued once the work was completed.
Overall I had very good experience. They kept me well informed during the entire process. I believe their pricing is reasonably cheaper. Last but not least I found them reliable.
I will definitely use their services in future.

This is the worst service I have ever received from a company.

I am a landlord and used this company for all of our electric testing. They were initially fast, sent someone round to do the testing and took our payment. They promised same day returns of all certificates. However, after 2 weeks of chasing, I received some certificates.

Now, I have tenants moving in in 2 days and still have not received the EPC. I am calling and emailing every single day. They are not responding to any calls nor answering on live chat, or responding to emails.

They are liars and frauds. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have wasted a sum of money on this company and will now have to use another company with high cost of short notice. I am truly appalled.
