Good communication, arrived on time, friendly staff and job completed quickly.

Great quick service , very neat and tidy .

Easy process to book. Allows for earliest date and specific date bookings which was handy. We went earliest and, after 24hrs we got a message to bring it forward by a couple of days which suited us perfectly.
On the day i was kept up to date, provided a 2hr time slot then, before the technicians arrival, given a text to say they'd be within 20 mins.

Technician was polite and worked efficiently to diagnose and remedy the issue. Excellent throughout and id highly recommend.

Paul came to fit a new door seal on our 10 year old Samsung washing machine. We were kept in touch during the timeframe when he would arrive. The information we were given was correct and we decided to proceed to buy a new washing machine. Exceptional service and will definitely use company again in the future.

Always have excellent service from Lothian domestics: been using them for years. The booking is immediate and seamless, and the communication is excellent - the option to track the engineer’s arrival is really helpful. The engineers are always knowledgeable and helpful too. They have helped me out many times when the washing machine packs in - would usually be a disaster but they often have it back up and running within a day of picking up the phone!

We’ve been trying to get someone to come and look at our cooker hood for weeks with no luck. Lothian Domestics very easy to organise, communicated well regarding appointment and arrival times and our engineer, Paul, was excellent. Arrived on time, left no mess and explained everything very clearly! Would definitely recommend and use again. Five stars.

My engineer Steven was polite, punctual, careful and considerate. The company keep you in the loop every step of the way, with when your engineer will be with you to the second! Excellent service

We had a great experience with this company. Our washing machine stopped working and Scott came round the next day. He was able to identify the problem and fix it very quickly. He was polite and professional and we were very pleased with the service provided. Would highly recommend!

Uncomplicated and prompt appointments. Engineer was very professional ,friendly and chatty and talked through fault so I understood. Very reasonable price. Labour is a set price no matter how long the visit and also for any future visits that may be required. I couldn't recommend enough. Very happy 😊

Scott from Lothian Domestics was super efficient at fixing bearings on my fairly new, hardly ever used Samsung Series 5 Heat pump tumble dryer. On time, considerate and tidy. Shame the dryer had developed fault in the first place

Made an online booking at 0810am. Confirmation 10 minutes later. Phone call & text message advising Ross would be round 09.20am traffic permitting. Called as advised and problem solved within 30 minutes. Excellent service!

Did exactly what they said they would do. Looked at the fridge freezer, diagnosed the issue and sent me a quote for repair the next day. Excellent communication, engineers arrived within a few minutes of their predicted time. Can't fault them.

The complete booking service was fast and accurate, including the update messages. Paul, the engineer, arrived exactly when anticipated and was highly professional in his approach to our problem washing machine. (I an a fully qualified engineer so I feel able to appreciate these things). Paul diagnosed the problem quickly and had the required part in his van, which was ideal. After fitting it, he carried out a thorough function test.
In addition Paul has the perfect manner for dealing with the public and is a credit to your company.
Overall, I cannot fault the attitude, professionalism and service from Lothian Domestics and will have no quams in recommending them in this area.
