The complete booking service was fast and accurate, including the update messages. Paul, the engineer, arrived exactly when anticipated and was highly professional in his approach to our problem washing machine. (I an a fully qualified engineer so I feel able to appreciate these things). Paul diagnosed the problem quickly and had the required part in his van, which was ideal. After fitting it, he carried out a thorough function test.
In addition Paul has the perfect manner for dealing with the public and is a credit to your company.
Overall, I cannot fault the attitude, professionalism and service from Lothian Domestics and will have no quams in recommending them in this area.

Engineer is a sub contractor from Samsung. I had to wait few days and there wasn't any option for a different appointment.
Technician was punctual and polite. Repair took 45 minutes. All working fine now.

Was kept up to date with everything from estimated time of arrival to parts needing to be ordered for my washing machine. Very experienced engineers who were helpful and got the job done.

Very quick to come round when my cooker broke down. Unfortunately getting the new part took a bit longer before it was repaired. Very good at keeping me informed of progress and a very reasonable price for repair. Staff were very polite and pleasant.

Engineer Stephen was very efficient and identified the problem immediately. The only negative is the £93 call out charge.

I don't think they did much more than give the appliance a cursory look. Absolutely useless. May have well flushed my money down the loo.

My Combi Microwave door wouldn't open. The repair man (Paul) from Lothian Domestics arrived within the promised time. He was smart, well-mannered, efficient and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. No components needed this time so I paid the flat rate fee by card.
