Poor reading glasses
I will not be returning to Louis Nielsen in the future. About a month ago, I purchased two pairs of glasses from the Friheden location. Now I have experienced the quality of glasses is poor.
When using them to read on my computer, the screen appears tilted, making it difficult to work effectively.
Additionally, it’s inconvenient to visit the store repeatedly to address this issue.
I just have gone through some of the messages and found out that Louis Nielsen hardly makes comments or apologizes if the review is negative.

Service and eye test is good but you…
Service and eye test are good but you get heavier glasses then you tried at the shop. I bougth my glasses last week with special treated lenses, now I have to have new one. Because it is heavy and bothers me a lot. They need to mention it when we order I guess or you know it know. Good luck!

I have been visiting the store in the amager centre near amagerbro, and have been really disappointed with the service.i pay so much for my contact lens subscription with Louis Nielsen, but recently when I was having trouble with my eyesight wanted to switch to a lens that was more comfortable. I felt like the optician did not help me with this, and I ended up just asking to try a lens I had tried previously. When I wanted to swap my previous, unopened lenses from my subscription, I found the staff member quite rude. I was told I could only swap the last months worth (wasn’t explained why) so i handed them in and was told the new lenses in replacement would be delivered to my door. I have heard nothing since and it’s been a month at least. I’m really disappointed as I have been a customer for a long time, but this experience makes me think I will cancel my subscription as soon as I can after suspending it to catch up with the surplus ‘old’ lenses that are uncomfortable for me.

I have never experienced so amazing…
I have never experienced so amazing customer support and general process for getting my eye examined. Henrik from customer support has been so informed and useful! The eye test itself was also a great experience as they explained all the results in the tiniest detail even though the test was free and there was nothing wrong with my eyes.
Feel like buying glasses even though I don’t need them 😅
