I had to return my item. But I had to pay $20 in return shipping which is a lot for such a small item. The item I bought was unopened and unused too. I couldn’t chat with an agent either to help me with the return.

Misleading website
Disappointing experience and misleading business practices. Their website countdown said “order within the next hour to receive your package by Valentine’s” plus claim delivery is within 5 business days, however my order shipped February 6 but didn’t arrive until February 17. It turns out the packages ship from the UK, not Canada. Customer service was abysmal with no live agents ever available on chat. Buyer beware, they "make no guarantees"

Package arrived in shambles
Package arrived in shambles. The product was literally sticking out of the box. So much for “discreet” packaging. It also arrived late. Was advertised to arrive before Valentine’s Day and it did not. Attempts to connect with their help desk have been frustrating. The only option is to chat with a bot and you get nowhere.
Product itself is cheaply made.
