This was my first experience of using an auction house to sell a property and it could not have been better. My initial enquiry was greeted with an honest and balanced review of my needs and advice was given freely without any kind of pressure to sign up. Every question I asked was answered thoroughly and I could see their (Sally and Sara) knowledge of both the local area and the market was considerable. They guided me through the process from start to finish, the end result was better than I could have hoped for and the fees entirely reasonable. They went the extra mile more than once.
