Great easy to deal with Company, the person the flowers was for was happy , the only bad bit of the experience was delivered by royal mail so took ages to get there .

I am disappointed with my order. I ordered flowers for Mothers Day, and I chose the ones that would brighten her day. What we received was nothing like the picture we chose. The bouquet looked cheap and horrible. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to family members on May 3rd to mark the anniversary of a particularly difficult bereavement . The flowers delivered although pretty looked nothing like the bunch I had ordered and arrived 2 days late. I emailed company with my complaint, their reply was unsatisfactory and unhelpful.

Brilliant company very easy to order flowers and add ons.
Having used them four or five times I have never had an issue, the recipents have loved them. Delivery is great as well.

I placed two orders this month and both arrived on time and in perfect condition. The recipients said the roses were perfect on arrival and one commented on the exceptional colour of the yellow roses. A perfect service and competitive prices.

The flowers were lovely. Once they were received... Paid for next day delivery however, once given to royal mail they then put on within 24 hours. . So in total it was more like 38 hours later from ordering. That's not next day delivery where you pick your delivery date.... I rang the company... All customer services representatives are busy please leave name and number and get a call back. Never called me back.

Used other Florists, then found Lovelyfloraworld! Never looked back! Excellent choice of flowers and every Ocassion you could want, the prices are highly competitive, the flowers are always fresh and delivered on time, notification of delivery and if recipient is not at home, instructions on where the flowers have been left! What more can you ask?? Great company, I won't bother looking at other companies now as "Lovelyfloraworld" have NEVER let me down! Thank you to all involved in getting my ordered flowers in lovely fresh condition as, when and where they should be.

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with my delivery. The flowers didn't turn up but apparently they had been delivered. They definitely did not. The delivery was to a school and they always answer their doors to deliveries every day. After over a 10 day period of communications with the admin team they decided to send again, and they were delivered the next day. The communications with the admin team were good but it did take many hours of emails to get them to deliver the flowers! I personally wouldn't be ordering again due to the hassle I had experienced. When the flowers eventually arrived they were beautiful.

Very easy to order flowers, good value with the codes to give percentage off and the flowers were lovely a gift for a relative and delivered on time and date stated.
