I was really disappointed with my…
I was really disappointed with my mother's day order as it only turned up on the Tuesday, so 2 days later.
I raised this as a complaint and got nowhere, just told it is their systems fault.
I asked for a refund but I was told I had to send the flowers back, at my own cost.
So they have lost a loyal customer who has used them on many occasions

There is no card with the flowers to say who they are from
The flowers were beautiful and arrived on the date I Requested my sister sent me a photo and I was impressed and great value for money ,the only downside was that there is no card to say who the flowers are from as you get with other flower deliveries at no extra charge

Beautiful bouquet, arrived fresh and on time, delivered with care. Very reasonable price. Good seller communication throughout, easy website to use. Great choice of flower types and colours. The balloon was a different colour to the one shown which was a little disappointing but arrived safely and in perfect condition. Would highly recommend.
