Fantastic experience from start to finish. Ordering was easy and the mineral water itself is top quality. However, the highlight was the delivery. The driver, Callum, went above and beyond. He arrived in the time slot given, was incredibly polite, and handled the heavy bottles with care. It’s rare to get such great service these days. Highly recommended!

It is always an absolute pleasure to receive our love water deliveries. From the organisation at the office with Jen and Kaye to the drop off from Callum…it’s a great experience all round. They’re a great team and never see us go without. Callum is brilliant and worth his weight in gold!

Excellent service following a slight administrative error, our delivery driver Harrison didn't have the correct bottles, I suspected that this would mean we wouldn't receive water until the following week. How wrong I was! Harrison re-delivered the needed water the SAME DAY! Really appreciated effort from Harrison and the Love Water team, especially in this hot weather.

We often have a lot of guests visiting our home and they too, LOVE this water.

With the awful hard, limescaley water in our area - LoveWater is a no brainer for us: Pure, filtered, natural spring water from Blenheim Palace delivered directly to our home, each month, in 11litre bottles.

Tastes brilliant, so we stay wonderfully hydrated AND so much cheaper (and better for the environment) than buying bottled water from the shops.

While there have been some hiccups. Overall customer service has been very good, callouts to check or replace rented coolers have also provided excellent service. Good value for money, really helps me stay hydrated as I am very funny about temperature and flavour of water..
