We had a problem with our filter and I spoke with Lucia and she was very helpful, polite and friendly and arranged for Callum to come and replace it for us the same day, he arrived within the hour. Callum has always been extremely friendly, helpful and polite and both he and Lucia are very professional, I cannot commend them enough! 5 stars!

Jacques came into our office today and was extremely helpful, polite, and professional throughout. He took the time to explain everything he had done and was very informative. We would highly recommend Love Water to any business looking for excellent service and great customer care!

We would like to commend Jacques for his excellent service during our water delivery on 17 September.

Unfortunately, our goods lift wasn’t working that day, so we had to use the normal passenger lift instead. Jacques handled everything very well and was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the delivery.

Today we had a delivery guy named Jacques who was great! When he came the office was still closed and he came back later to make sure we had the water we needed. Very grateful for that.
