Katie Britton very good case handler
Lyons davidson were initially a little slow with responses however when Katie britton was appointed as my case handler she always returned calls and e mails promptly and resolved any issues with as little fuss as possible she was always polite and courteous and nothing was too much trouble even whem dealing with the very long winded mib

Still ongoing with my claim
Still ongoing with my claim, poor communication is a common theme !! Very
slow , then you spend ages using the portal or calling and emailing , still no response for weeks . My first and only contact with a solicitor , I wish I was told I could choose my own in the beginning . Defiantly , no recommendations from myself , based on my personal experience .

Personal injury claim
My case handler Abbie Sparling was very efficient and helpful and kept me informed at every stage of my personal injury claim after I was injured in a rta that was not my fault. We have recently reached a settlement after 8 months from the third party insurer which I am extremely happy with.

Andy Vraitch has been amazing from…
Andy Vraitch has been amazing from start to finish with my claim. After dealing with 5 people previous to him and the claim going on for over 4 years he was the only person to be proactive and get this sorted for me. He always took the time to get back to me very quickly and keep me updated. I won my case and received payment higher that excepted. Nelay Joshi was helpful, courteous and responsive and handled the issue very well. My dealings with Jonathan Calverley, a partner there, were also extremely good.
