Ideas about puzzles

I don't know if this would be a popular idea!
I think should have a extra crossword which has to be answered and the whole page to be sent in. This can provide an extra challenge for puzzlers.

Zero Communication, No Magazine...still!

Zero Communication - Avoid!!!

I ordered for my wife’s Christmas present in December 2025. Order Ref: 20062213. Still not delivered and no communication!!!

I have tried your tracker and it says ‘order not found’!

Both my wife and I have emailed enquiries at magazine.co.uk and still nothing.

Very disappointed.

I can see that you have contacted our Customer Services and that they have responded on both the 19th February and yesterday. We have copied the publisher into both of those responses, asking them to advise. Please check your spam or junk folders if you have not received our replies, as they do sometimes end up in there.

Cheap.

Cheaper than the original Lelsey Publishing,by 16 gbp.
Lets hope their delivery is better than The Railway Magazine subscription,i had last year.

A very easy company to use

A very easy company to use, and despite the fact my subscription is still relatively recent, they have encouraged me to stay by offering a very attractive direct debit price…which l was happy to do.

Immediatemedia a poor company

Payment was lost and Radio Times did not arrive and I was unable to read the digital version. so I assumed I needed to make a new subscription. Immediatemedia has taken over the financial side of most magazine subscriptions and it is a dreadful company. Different people on the phone every time with difficult to understand accents are in offices all over the country. I will probably never subscribe to a magazine again just buy occasionally off the shelf.

Direction and clarity needed

Unclear from website where to renew subscription. No recognition that I was a previous customer. No reassurance that new subscription would start when previous one ended. No option to pay for more than a year

My subscription for Radio Times has not been fulfilled

I registered for a 6 month subscription of the Radio Times. I have only received one copy since 16th November when I paid £55 to Magazines.co.uk.
I received no reply to my email in 25th November. I called on 15th January and was told that I could have my £55 returned but that it would take 5 days to appear in my account. It is now February and I haven't received a penny.
