This subscription service is really good - excellent varied titles, reliable delivery and great value for money.
I look forward to every issue that I have subscribed to.
It was so easy to set up. Plus the introdctory offer of £18 was too good to miss. Just need the copy about the XK8 X150 now.
The site was easy to navigate, the offers are very competitive and well worth considering, and everything was described very clearly.
I paid a subscription for the RadioTimes through these people on 2 December. I was disheartened to learn that it could be as late as 29th December before I received anything, but put that down to Christmas. It is now eight weeks later and I have not received a single copy. I wrote at the beginning of January to ask what had happened and was told it was on its way but still no copy arrived. In the second week of January, I wrote to cancel this subscription and took out a subscription directly with Radio Times. I wrote to magazines.co.uk requesting my money back; they’ve had the cheek to tell me that because it’s over the 14 day cooling off period that I’m not entitled to it! It is ironic that they are so quick to count the days for refusing a refund, whereas here we are 56 days later, they’ve had my money and I’ve had nothing from them. I recommend avoiding at all costs.
***(Edit) I have now had a full refund from magazine.co.uk, so clearly not scam artists. However, it's a shame that it had to go this far and them to respond so poorly before they did the right thing. ***

It was easy to set up a subscription for the two paper magazines I was interested in. Both magazines are of the highest quality. When I contacted customer service regarding the digital content, they were fast and friendly. Very good service.
I purchased 2 radio times subscriptions for Christmas presents.
They were supposed to commence straight after Christmas but this didn't happen.
Emails were sent to the publisher but were ignored and I am still awaiting a response from magazine .co.uk.
Customer service shocking from both companies.
It is now Monday 26th January and I still don't know when the recipients of my Christmas gift will receive the first copy of the magazine.

Atrocious company to deal with.
Set up a subscription for a weekly delivery & have not received anything for 4 weeks.
Customer service are no help.
Won't offer a refund for non delivery.
Trying to cancel.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordering This England magazine from Canada. As soon as I entered my postal code, which was the first line in the order form it automatically put in a British address. The only work around was to enter all the address details BEFORE putting in the postal code.

Ordered a Simpson’s comic subscription on 25th November as a Christmas present. Still haven’t received first issue. Magazines.co.uk redirects you to contact the publisher directly. They have ignored two emails requesting an update on the order. No obvious way to contact Magazines.co.uk directly by email. All seems a bit of a waste of money.

I have tried several times to order a particular news magazine with another website and wanted to use a £50 gift voucher to try it out and then decide if I wanted to pay for it continuing. All I managed to do was set up unwittingly a DD account as there was no info about using a gift voucher, I cancelled that immediately. After 3 separate frustrating occasions including talking to a staff member I gave up and switched to your website. I switched to a science magazine. The difference was enormous, a 6 month subscription was offered for £75 which was good, acknowledging the gift voucher that only leaves £25 which was fine. Now sorted. I can relax! I wish I had come to your site first.
Subscription to History Magazine has not begun. That mag contacted me to ask why I had not renewed. My wife had for me! Order summary with you: 20031909. Please liaise if necessary with the magazine and unravel the mysteries that are stopping the fulfilment of this subscription.

Easy to set up, clear website from which to select products. Good customer service, should you need it, and very good value for money offers.
Flexibility in changing personal information and Ease of Use.
Some of the stories are very interesting. I think every week there are too many long stories and pictures about the Royal Family....who I am not interested in. Why do they have to appear every week.
