Delivery problem
Food was not delivered on the scheduled day so all the food was defrosted. Called and they replaced the whole order. Not their fault on the delivery....Also, FED EX and they do not ring the bell or knock.

Superior gluten free dinners
Love the gluten free dinners and the prompt careful delivery. My meals are excellent and medically safe as I have celiac disease which restricts my ability to enjoy quality foods

The meals are good
The meals are good, tasty and by themselves would rate 5 stars. Three of the kits arrived damaged. Two had the plastic wrap torn open but still useful and part of the bottom of the another kit was broken off and the vegetables were loose in the box. The plastic got brittle in the cold.

The delivery was fine. Packaging was not easy to open
The delivery arrived in a timely manner and placed by my door. I have to let you know that the container was very difficult to open. I had a really frustrating time with it. It was very physically taxing and extremely unpleasant. I haven't tried a meal yet, but the difficulty with the packaging may be a game changer for me. I'll be happy to review the food, and I'm hoping that I enjoy it. I understand that a tight seal is needed, but there has to be a way to improve the packaging.

The one dinner I have tried was quite good, although I could have eaten another pancake. The problem was delivery. My package was placed on the porch upside down resulting in damage to several dinners.
