The agapanthus plant arrived quickly but had a number of yellow leaves. The thing that upset me was the packing
The top of the box was filled with environmentally unfriendly polystyrene pieces. Getting to the plant was a nightmare. It was difficult to remove the pieces and even worse to dispose of them .
I wrote to the company and sent photographs , they told me the plant was fine . Also biodegradable pieces stuck to the plant. I had received a plant from another company where the plant was protected with brown paper. Very easy to recycle .
I would never buy from this company again. I only hope the plant survives.

I ordered a plant in memory of our Titch, it was the Agapanthas Titch. I have been speaking with the company for months as the plant is not what i ordered and they keep telling to weed as its being chocked by grass. it is not and i am not an amatuer gardener. I have requested a refund as i am not happy and they can have the plant back and they have refused and been quite rude about it treating as if i am stupid, being very patronising. I am now having to take this further as they clearly do not care about there customers and this certainly shows in their lack of customer service.

Very quick delivery of excellent plants, on the dearer side, but well worth it for the size and quality. Well packed and arrived via Royal Mail intact (no mean achievement). This is our second or third delivery and the first is well established beautiful Geum and Astrantia plants.

I ordered 9 plants and all arrived within a few days well packed and they also sent a free plant too.
Excellent service and so far all plants have survived planting. A+++
