I came into store today to view some prams and car seats , Alessia was amazing she came over and demonstrated how to use different models showed me lots of different features! i have left very happy and a strong idea of what i want now! the other lady behind the till was so polite and helpful too , both amazing colleagues thank you for making this big journey a little easier!

Sue was incredibly helpful throughout and we now know what we want to get ready for our little one!

I just wanted to send a thank you email to Natalie from your Thurrock store who helped my husband and I today during our appointment.

We are expecting our first baby and knowing what to buy can be overwhelming but Natalie was so helpful, patient and knowledgable on all the products she talked us through. We were so impressed with the level of customer service

We’ve come away from the appointment having completed a lot of the big purchases and we’re really happy with the choices we made - so we are both feeling a lot let stressed than before we visited!

I had a buying for baby appointment with David at the Bluewater store, he was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly knowledgeable about so many products and we felt under absolutely no obligation to buy. That said, we walked out having ordered our perfect pram and feeling even more excited and ready about preparing for our little one.

The buying for baby appointment with Destini at Wednesbury was really useful. She provided lots of helpful insights and advice to us, and demonstrated a range of products to suit our needs.

Paid for my order of a travel set back in May and arranged a delivery date for Tuesday 4th August (£1,459)

On the day of delivery, despite receiving a text that the parcel was out for delivery, DHL apparently were ‘unable to access the delivery adddress’ so DHL rescheduled it to the next working day. Eventually, I found out that Mamas & Papas had given DHL the wrong address. Rang up customer service & I received email confirmation that JULIE had changed my address and informed DHL too so that they had my correct address.

Waited in for the delivery the next working day & same issue so rescheduled it to Friday 7th August. Bare in mind, I’ve now had 3 days off work waiting for this parcel.

This morning (7.8.26) I receive a text that it will be out for delivery between 11:39-12:39 so I wait by the front door to flag down the lorry. 2 minutes later, ‘driver is unable to gain access to the delivery address’. HOW?! The lorry didn’t even come anywhere near my adddress?! I didn’t even see it!

Rang mamas & papas customer service again and I’m really frustrated at this point and with a high-risk pregnancy, this stress is not good for my baby. Had to wait 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone & then was told ‘sorry, we didn’t update your address on our end.’ Absolutely ridiculous. I was told that my options were:

-collect it myself from the depot whilst heavily pregnant
-send all the parcels back to mamas & papas so they can re-send it out to the correct address but I’ll be waiting until the 24th September when I’ve already had the baby???
-try and get DHL to deliver the parcel again today but the same issue will probably arise.

NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL. I’m now trying to collect the order myself from the depot and all I got from customer service was ‘sorry for the issues.’

Visited the store today to discuss prams systems and was greeted by Ellie. She walked up through how they worked, the benefits and the limitations depending on our needs. Definitely walked out more confident than when I walked in! She was friendly and very easy to talk to! Thank you, Ellie!

We have recently purchased our pram and furniture set from the Poole branch of Mamas and Papas. Sophie was excellent - really taking the time to make sure we were happy with our choice, and showing us all the available features. Thank you!

We had an appointment with Harriet at Swindon to pick out our pram, she was so patient and helpful with all our questions and back and forth. As well as guiding us through the different packages available, and other questions we had about other products when we went off tangent. Harriet was so friendly and made the appointment a great experience, she is a real asset to the team.

Natasha was incredible! We had no idea as first time parents what was needed and how to use certain products but she helped us and made it so much fun and very informative. Thank you so much,

My partner and I visited the Swindon branch for the 'buying for baby' experience and couple of weeks ago. We were shown round by Zoe, and it was a fantastic experience. She was very noligible, went through different options etc, nothing was too much bother. We both left the store feeling a lot more enlightened than we were when we came.

We had a brilliant experience at the mamas & papas at the Glasgow fort at our buying for baby app.
We were served by Ava who was helpful & insightful. Ava went over everything in detail and was friendly & helpful when we asked questions about different products/ items. She showed us how to dismantle the prams & let us try it out ourselves. We’re hoping to come back through to pick out some furniture soon and get some expert advise on bottle sterilising as this is something we’re still unsure of. All staff were welcoming on arrival even on a busy Saturday. I have also recommend this service to friends who are also expecting soon.

Carmen made our experience fab today. We needed a cabin pram for our upcoming holiday with our older children and newborn. The information was brilliant in terms of different prams and we left happily with a bugaboo butterfly 2 x
