Ordered a camera holder paid £4.95 for delivery and told it will take 12 days to be delivered? I won’t be using this company again

We have just bought a pushchair bundle from the Swansea store, we are first time parents and it was a bit overwhelming searching online so decided to call in to the store, we were greeted by Sophie who took the time to explain each aspect of the bundle we were interested in with great detail, and demonstrated how to use all of the different attachments which was so helpful as we had no idea. Sophie was approachable, friendly, and so knowledgable about all of the products we looked at, and all of our questions were answered with enthusiasm. Sophie provided really helpful advice and comparisons of other similar bundles so we could weigh up which bundle would be right for us. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend calling into the Swansea branch!

Lovely and helpful experience, Gail helped us pick the car seat we’d been looking for, demonstrated how to fit and how to use it along with letting us try it for ourselves, she was very informative and managed to find the best deal for us! Definitely recommend

We were taken round and had our ’Buying for Baby’ session with Charlotte from the Crawley store in County Oak. She was phenomenal, going in as slightly nervous first time parents, she was warm, friendly and really personable. We asked to be ‘sold to’ in the best way and with these types of things you buy from people and that’s what we were, her knowledge and patience with us testing it/ making sure it fit in the car was fantastic, and therefore have purchased a travel system and extras from her. Can’t wait to get our stuff later this year for when our baby arrives! Recommend wholeheartedly!

Charlie at Leeds was absolutely fantastic today. Heading into this for our first born, absolutely non the wiser on what to expect or require for such a major event in life.

What we required and what everyone else requires is their very own Charlie. He was fantastic, we took 3+ hours of his time and not once did I get the impression he was anything other than overjoyed to support us through our appointment. Every question had an answer and one that was calm, supportive and understanding. He was absolutely fantastic and I cannot sing his praises enough. My mum being a nurse and my wife after the appointment made the comment ‘Charlie should work in a hospital with the mums who have just given birth’ and for me that covers everything it need too.

Thank you Charlie for today, you were amazing and if your managers are reading this, you have a gem.

I just wanted to leave a review for Kendal, who was absolutely lovely and so helpful when I had an issue with my faulty pram. She was really understanding and took the time to explain the different options available to me, offering multiple ways to resolve the problem rather than just brushing it off.

She also helped me choose a new pram, giving me demonstrations and lots of helpful tips to make sure I picked something that was right for me and my little one. She was patient, friendly and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the best solution.

It’s not often you come across customer service like this, so I really wanted to give Kendal the credit she deserves. She made what could have been a really stressful situation so much easier. Thank you, Kendal!

We had a 90 minute appointment with Laura in Plymouth who was fantastic. It was so helpful speaking to somebody who not only knew about the products in the store but also had children of her own, so has first hand experience. We didn't find the experience to be pushy at all, she was patient and very much left everything in our control about what we wanted to look at and talk about. We also appreciated her offer to come back for other appointments if needed. As first time parents it's easy to become overwhelmed, but we didn't feel like that at all with Laura, it all felt easy and therefore exciting, which is how it should be! We loved all the products and wish we could buy them all!

Charlie was great from the beginning. Showed us everything and managed to secure us a great deal. Great service.

Our experience in Mamas&Papas was great, the store was busy but still Erin came over to us and helped us with our shopping. She showed us the different colours what was available and showed us all the different bits on a buggy with putting it up and down, which was very needed. All in all a very good service from Erin and would come back.

As first time parents we didn’t know a lot about travel systems and where to start. We went to the Swindon branch and were served by Dannyelle who was super informative, friendly, welcoming and patient. She asked some initial questions which narrowed down our search quickly, and took us through demonstrations where we then found exactly what we were looking for. We couldn’t recommend our experience enough and we look forward to our next visit for baby essentials. Thank you!

Jill and Sophie from the Swansea store were extremely helpful, very patient going through different options, very approachable and informative.

It was our first experience of buying for a baby and Nicola at The trafford centre store was very accomodating. She was patient and knowledgable and we didnt feel pressured or overwhelmed at any point. We found it a really positive experience and gained a lot of good advice.

We had our buying for baby appointment with Beth @ Tamworth and she was amazing. We were sceptical at first thinking we were going to be directed to buy all the most expensive items but Beth quickly reassured us by giving us a detailed description of the furniture, monitors, feeding and travel systems. She gave us her opinion on some items which were cheaper but better rated and ones which customers had brought from her in the past. Her knowledge of the store went above and beyond what we could have expected and we ended up coming away with our nursery furniture and travel system confident in what we were buying. Can’t thank her enough for her help.

Myself, partner and my parents went into mamas and papas to have a look at the double pushchairs. There isn’t a very big variety online and wanted to see these in person. My partner found Lisa and asked if we could have a push of them, Lisa came over and gave us so much help. Firstly Lisa shown us all the different ways we could have the pushchair with the two seats and allowed us to push them around the store. Lisa was very knowledgeable about the pushchair which was still very new to the store and gave us lots of information regarding the bundles we could get. Lisa also took us over to the car seats where we shown us how they each work. Myself and my partner felt very overwhelmed when finding out we were having twins, especially as this was our first pregnant, we really didn’t know what to expect when buying for them. Lisa made us feel so welcome and at ease when figuring out how to use the pushchair, and our overall experience was amazing. Myself and my family thanked Lisa before leaving but she did take so much time out of her day to help us, and made our first shopping experience one I will always remember. Thank you again Lisa and everyone at the Mamas and Papas store, we will be back again when buying more items for our babies.

Angela was great at answering all our questions we had when picking our nursery furniture. She showed us all the different options we could have and was very patient with us while we decided. I came into store today to view some prams and car seats , Alessia was amazing she came over and demonstrated how to use different models showed me lots of different features! i have left very happy and a strong idea of what i want now! the other lady behind the till was so polite and helpful too , both amazing colleagues thank you for making this big journey a little easier!

Sue was incredibly helpful throughout and we now know what we want to get ready for our little one!
