Booking cancelled.
Booked with them. They cancelled saying they could not cover ‘our area’ and warned if I booked again they would not refund the fare. Hardly likely too anyway, but why allow the booking in the first place?

Very positive experience with this company. The taxi driver (Karl) was well on time, very professional, and got me to the airport quickly and smoothly. I booked via the website the evening before my journey-the website was easy to use and navigate. I'll certainly be using them again next time I'm in Manchester.

Cancelled our taxi due to black cab…
Cancelled our taxi due to black cab laws in picking us up, but it was ok to drop us to the same place in a black cab. Didn’t know the cab was cancelled until we left the event we went to which left us to walk 45minutes through Manchester with no idea of the area!

Reasonable service
With not being from the area and travelling down for a concert I needed a taxi from the hotel to the concert. Googled and found this one. Reasonable price and was very efficient on the way there with turning up on time.
However, pre booked one for the way back for 23:30 and it didn’t show, tried ringing the number on the website and no one answered it just rang out. Then had to wait for well over an hour as every taxi service was busy.
Would use again but with caution.

Well it wasn't great
Well it wasn't great. The taxi driver asked me several times of how to get to The Gardens Hotel at Piccadilly Gardens, whereas my knowledge of the roads of inner Manchester is practically zero. He had a satnav, but as his grasp of English wasn't great then it was difficult for him to understand that I wanted to be at the hotel.
Anyway, he dropped me off and left me with a 5 mins walk with 2 very heavy suitcases. I was going to quibble but I thought I'd cut my losses.

Good and practical service
The service is very easy to book and the driver was nice and professional. My only concern is that they should send a second message confirming the service. The only email they sent says the request is being processed, which is an automated message. They should send another message just to let us know that everything is under control.

Driver never spoke other than to confirm taxi was for us. The car itself sounded awful, the clutch sounded like it had gone or was on its way out and it was a very bumpy ride. To top that off, the driver wasn’t friendly and when an Uber driver indicated to enter the lane in front of our taxi. Our driver did everything he could to prevent him. He was aggressive, continued to beep his horn and essentially ran him off the road. It was quite a scary experience especially given my son was in the car who is Autistic. Driver also kept clearing his throat which sounded disgusting! In Manchester for a trip but wouldn’t use your service again, in fact on our return journey we went with Street Cars who were so friendly.

I booked the taxi 24 hours before my night out. Then later the next day, not very long before i was due to head to Manchester for my night out I received a text informing me the taxi was cancelled. Wouldn't use again unless there was no alternative, as a lone woman out late in Manchester I need a service I can rely on

Manchester Taxi service was abysmal!
Manchester Taxi service was abysmal. I ordered a taxi to go to the airport at 4.30am, a booking they confirmed via email, and then they never showed up. As a tourist to Manchester I was left standing waiting on a dark street at 4.30am, potentially missing my international flight. After ringing (to no avail), sending emails, I waited until 4.50am before having to walk and find another way to the airport. I would never ever use them again. To note, they did send me an email at 4.45 (after the booking!) to say they couldn't get me due to unforseen circumstances and would issue me a refund. Too late!
