Ordered Sep 2022. RECEIVED NOTHING. no answering their phones. Automated responses to mails. Please please don't waste your money on ordering from them.

Manicaa is a scam company.
Payment for items you will only receive excuses for never receiving, and endless empty promises for reissue then endless empty promises for refund. Only regrets and wasted time and money. Stay away!

SCAMMERS!! Paid fully, but did not receive my order.

Rates 1 star because there isn’t an option for zero.

I purchased items on the 28th January 2023 for over R4k. After submitting proof of payment I received numerous automated responses. After a few days I received an update mentioning that the item was in fact second-hand at which time I was so frustrated I said please just send me the goods! I’ve tried to contact a customer support agent numerous times but no one answers. It’s impossible to speak to anyone. Almost 2 months later still nothing. Do not buy from manicaa.com.

I bought two items totalling nearly R1,500 but the order was never fulfilled. After many months I asked for a refund which I got only after posting reviews online.

Trying to communicate with this company is frustrating as all communication is automated and you never actually speak to a real human.

These people, or shold I say scammers are robbing people left tigh and cente. I don't understand why they still operate. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CULPRITS. Pathetic that people like this can scam on such an open platform.

Placed order end of Nov, promised delivery Dec 19 th. Nothing has happened despite many mails to support.
Asked for refund if they can't deliver. No response.
Will make a report to the police and also log a warning with the bank.

This place is robbing me from my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! They will not give me a refund after purchacing a product that was out of stock, informed only after buying. I have tried everything, all I can do now is warn others. They will steal your money!!! They promise refund but keep you waiting and waiting.

Ordered 10 October 2022. Over 50 mails sent with a promise that either my parcel is on the way, someone would get back to me or my money will be refunded. None have occured. I am logging a case with the Criminal Crimes court as this is blatant fraud in a large scale

we ordered a distiller in November 2022 and now its March 2023 and after sending them over 50 emails to their support email there has been no response. How do I get a refund ?

I placed and paid for my order in September 2022. No replies to e-mails and no person answers the phone. To date (20/2/2023) no product, no refund.

THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY A BUNCH OF SCAMMING THIEVING SCUM.

I ordered dvd`s during Nov 22. Funds were paid promptly, order numbers received, and then --- nothing more. No response to emails. Their phone just rings. Only every time an automated response saying an agent will contact me soon.
I will never deal with them again.

Ordered product to be delivered 1st week in January, sounded reasonable. No correspondence, started enquiry, no answer to emails or phone calls, all automated responses with an agent will be with you now, or agent M will contact you during office hours. Bank also cannot do chargeback as it is an internet transaction. After logging a fraud case with the bank, suddenly I got contacted from Manicaa and told my parcel got damaged in transit. I immediately asked for a refund and got the refund back within 2 days.

7 Month, no product, no refund! They have ghosted me and i dont expect anything. Will let the police investigate and deal with them

If I could give these crooks a 0 star I would. Stay away from this online supplier - it is a scam. A criminal syndicate. Emails are never responded to. Goods never arrive and your money is just STOLEN.
