Never shipped. went absent, (AWOL) just like hundreds of others said. I wish I would have looked for this before spending $400

This company is a scam. They take the money and do not deliver the ordered items, and they cease communication thereafter.

Didn't read the review lost 90 Euros flowers never arrived they just mentioned the next day that they could no do the order
Yes its a scamming site do not use
They should not even be allowed to advertise

I placed an order with Maria 's Fiorista or Maria Florista and I'm rather confused. After placing the order I came into schock after checking the reviews and strayfgg away regret not checking this earlier after having spend 90€ on flowers . Anyway , already accepting the fact I was scammed , I made another purchase with interflora since the reviews were amazing. Conclusion, both bouquets turned up !
I think there might be another Maria 's florist on the Internet whines a talky delivering flowers to people's doorstep and there is another scam business with the same name .
This needs to be check .
My flowers arrived, a but late in tje day but they arrived and looked beautiful

The flower and chocolate were Received on time

Do not order from Maria Florista. I ordered a premium bouquet which ended up being basic. I wrote to them and after chasing them they said someone would get back to me. It has now been almost three weeks. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AS THEY ARE USELESS

PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE.... SPREAD THE WORD.
I don't have an option to go below 1star that's why giving it as a least possible rating.
I Order and PAID IN full for flowers to be delivered 'next day'. Received confirmation of the order via email. 4 days later, chased this delivery as NOTHING had been received, and NO CONTACT was made. Received a email saying the order 'could not be fullfiled". Never got any communication nor my money back. SCAMMERS.

I ordered flowers for for my sister in law in Denmark on 18th January. After 10 days I discovered she never received them. After 4 emails eventually someone emailed me back from Maria Fiorista and said the florist they used had tried to deliver but couldn't as the address was incorrect. I hadn't received a confirmation email about the sale and as we were away I couldn't check if it was incorrect or they had made a mistake. I had left the house number off however this could have been rectified simply if they had contacted me to say they couldn't deliver. They said they tried to phone my sister in law but there was no reply. This is untrue as she is very ill and not out and about. I have tried again to contact Maria Fiorista and they are just ignoring me. They were quick enough to take my payment though. NEVER again would I use this company. Dreadful service. I have tried phoning them and the numbers on the website don't appear to exist. Total fraud.

I honestly can’t thank Maria enough for my beautiful flowers She done for a funeral for me. she went Above and beyond to create everything I wanted and she much more. I was very overwhelmed. Highly recommended. I will be returning. Thankyou so much again.

The site allowed me to choose same day delivery when it wasn’t possible according to the conditions (not shown of course at the moment of choosing and paying). Bouquet delivered a day late with NO CARD WHATSOEVER so the recipient didn’t even know who it came from.
And the bouquet had so many flower replacements that looked NOTHING like the one I chose and more like a salad.

Would not recommend!!! First thing first, I paid 2x via PayPal for same day delivery and they sent me an email 1 hour after saying they will deliver in 2 weeks when PayPal payment gets cleared. It was not clear on the checkout otherwise I would of used a CC. I then asked for a refund and I would just re-purchase via cc and they said, once I pay via cc then they would refund me. This would of never been an issue in Canada since an order didn't yo through then, gold customer service would or refunded without any conditions. I asked the girl on chat, if the flowers would be delivered on the same day and, her answer was "ok". I ended paying 3x, once with cc and 2x with PayPal and still no delivery.

This company is a SCAM! My mother should have received her flowers on the 24th and we are the 29th and still nothing and they took my money - still waiting for a refund!!! I’m so upset!

I stupidly did not look at reviews they all say the same.
I ordered in November to make sure flowers delivered on time as my family are only at this hired venue until tomorrow should have been delivered 27 December YESTERDAY and a confirmation email of course neither, no response at all to any of my messages.They have taken my money and I have had NOTHING. SO UNFAIR.I would appreciate contacting Trust Pilot to see what their view is.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Having seen my review mariaflorista has messaged me to say the reason they couldn’t deliver yesterday was because they had “a line problem” yesterday!!!!!! They have promised a refund in the next few days…….Let’s see…. I will be updating.I HAVE NOT HAD A REFUND Despite assurance from Mariaflorista that I would be receiving a full refund this has not happened!!!!!

Payed for next day delivery for christmas eve and they still have not received any flowers. The costumer service phone doesn’t exist. Scam

I paid for a NEXT DAY delivery of Flowers to ensure they would be delivered BEFORE Christmas. almost 24 hours later... at nearly 6pm on the day the flowers SHOULD have been delivered i receive this message:

"We inform you that we received your order correctly.
Given the increase in order flow due to the Christmas holidays, your order will be delivered as soon as possible.

As soon as the service is complete, you will receive a confirmation email."

There is NO apology or even a promise of WHEN the flowers would actually be delivered. The company is a JOKE. Don't waste your money, with this company.

I was completely scammed by this company, PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.
