Worst experience ever. Went for same day delivery, ordered around 8am and paid around €100 for a bouquet of roses. Was told there was a problem with delivering in the evening and would be delivered tomorrow. I was then emailed once more saying there was a problem with the local florist so my order had to be cancelled. 2 failed delivery dates, furthermore i requested it was my wifes birthday the day i had ordered and i was in another country for work so it was really important. No money back as of yet and really disappointed with the service especially with the fees they charge. PLEASE STAY AWAY. THERE ARE OTHER RELIABLE OPTIONS AVAILABLE

Paid for same day delivery of get well flowers in Paris but first they said they did not receive payment (I checked and bank had paid already) then they said the local florist had some unexplained problem, then they rescheduled the delivery for more than two weeks out because they talked with a neighbor instead of asking me, the sender. So they have still not delivered the get well flowers, the recipient is all better now, they rescheduled with a third-party for two weeks from now and have no plans to deliver for more than two weeks from now, and they refuse to just cancel the order. Ridiculous! THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Its fake and fraud!
I tried to use their service for delivering same day delivery in Frankfurt, booked order paid but upon delivery they started saying money not received with some random excused whereas I had bank evidence confirming payment.

If you love & care for people u wish to send such wishes, pls use some authentic website. It’s completely fraud.

1 star is too generous!! Be wary before parting with your money with this company - here is why!!
1. Flowers order were sent and delivered without the note / message!! When I raised this, I was basically told the person who received the flowers was lying and that the message was included!!
2. The Flowers did not look anything like ‘classic’ as displayed on their site - be warned - “images are for website display only”
3. Customer service - absolutely shocking! Refused to connect with a manager.
I am still in shock - the worst florist I have ever encountered!!!

Just don't do it !!! Spent a fortune to have flowers, Moet and Chocolates delivered for a birthday. Could not advise when it would be delivered despite contacting on the day. The package never got delivered. Late in the day the recipient was rung (surprise) to be asked if she minded a delayed delivery as they didn't have it sorted - what the ??? Then messaged me at 8:47pm to say it was delivered !!! Abysmal service, No communication. Beyond disappointed. Thanks for ruining a special occasion.

Flowers were for my sister's birthday who now lives in Vodice Croatia. The bouquet had old browning pink and white roses and was half the size of what was represented on the website. Would NOT recommend.

Would give zero stars if I could. My mother lives in Spain and this seemed like the best option for ordering flowers from overseas. I paid for the premium top level and most expensive flowers from my selected bouquet. My mother sent me a photo and the flowers were extremely disappointing considering the €98 price. A few roses but packed with lots of small accent flowers and fillers. Basically looked like a $10 bunch from a supermarket. This is the second and last time I will be disappointed as not ordering again. The last time the flowers turned up a day late even though I ordered 3 days in advance, but desperation and a discount code tempted me to try again. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

From Downunder Oz to Italy!

They let me know that they were not able to deliver my flowers on time after the scheduled delivery date. I said it was okay if it was delivered a bit late. Then they emailed me a few days later that they were not able to deliver the flowers at all. I sent them an email asking for a refund since the flowers were never delivered. I sent several emails, to which I never heard back and I never received my refund. Terrible business.

Fraud!!!!! Took my money, order was not delivered. Ive been asking for refund since May 2020. All phone numbers are disconnected. Disgusting people!!!
Anyone has an idea what can be done?

Ordered but never got anything delivered, no asnwers, no refund, no reasons. Fraudlent company. Do not order anything there.

They are fakes, totally fraudulent. I ordered flowers to be delivered, the money was taken but the day after the money left my account the emails started saying they needed more information, security issues with my bank account, and other complete rubbish. What they didn't know was that I work in banking and after involving my bank and lawyer the money was returned. They should be shut down. DO NOT UNDER ANY CONDITIONS USE THEM. YOU WILL BITTERLY REGRET IT.

They are frausters and not a real organisation.

I ordered some flowers in a pot for my mother, the delivery was made, but what they’ve been delivering was nothing with what I was ordering.
Ordering and paying for something and receiving something else, not happy.

Simply atrocious, this is definitely a fraudulent operation. Took €77 to deliver flowers to my elderly mother in hospital but she never received them. I complained by email, they accepted liability and promised a refund, but no refund was made. I complained again but this time no response. Don't be fooled by the polite emails, they have no intention of giving you your money back.

I ordered flowers and chocolate online for Germany but it never delivered and they didn't replied either. AVOID AT ALL COST

This company is fraudulent.

.I ordered flowers on Feb 11th for a friend"s birthday and return from hospital after a serious operation- on the 12th. No flowers delivered, no explanation and no one answers e mails or phones in either Italy or U.K.. . I live in Malta and the flowers were to be delivered on France. They are thieves, no less. So disappointed and sad my friend never received her gift, disgraceful!

How can they be reported, surely there must be a way?, wish I had seen these reviews first. Euro 60 thrown away. Shall now contact the card company. I want my money back!

I have given up trying to contact them - no one cares! I will now contact the card company. How does one report this and how are they still trading! Do NOT buy from these people.

Flowers were delivered on time! but no way to call the company or get any confirmations!
I was sure that it will never get delivered and I just wasted money.... but it was delivered on time! and flowers were very beautiful!

Evitate assolutamente di fare ordini con questa azienda. Ordine fatto il 12 febbraio 2020 per consegna San Valentino. Dopo il pagamento, sono SPARITI. Nessuna consegna, nessuna risposta a mail, al telefono (ufficio di Milano e di Roma), nessuna comunicazione. L'azienda ha due siti fotocopia, MARIA FIORISTA E FLORAMAMMA. In realtà è una sola azienda iscritta a REGGIO CALABRIA, di seguito i dati:

No delivery, no reply to email, calls (Milan and Rome office), no communication. The company has two copycat sites, MARIA FIORISTA AND FLORAMAMMA.
