If you have paid by credit card you can get your money back from the bank. Debit card your screwed sorry.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. It is a scam and the flowers never come!!!

I am also waiting for my refund. This person not reply to the email or phone. I have sent flowers to my mother on Mothers day but she didnt receive the flowers.

I would vote zero stars but it wasn’t possible! I ordered flowers for a funeral but they said due to a technical problem they couldn’t send it on the date and I could request a refund; which I did. Been waiting for over a month. Numerous emails but no response. For a funeral ffs! How low can you go

Flowers ordered!!!
I ordered a 'spring into life' bouquet which was on offer 20% off taking it from 70 euros to 56. They took several weeks to deliver and numerous chasing emails, when finally delivered it beared no resemblance to what was ordered, no spring flowers wrapped in lilac bow, just plain old boring display, which in no way would have cost a fraction of the cost I paid. I have emailed them now twice since delivery but no one has bothered contacting me, I WONDER WHY!!! Perhaps they thought as I lived in the UK I wouldn't be aware of the rubbish flowers sent!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST TO ANYONE, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!

I placed an order couple of months ago, then I received an email from someone called Andrew Carrano and he told me that they are unable to deliver my order and they will make a refund for me. Since that time they are not responding to the phone or to the email and they stole my money.

Ordered flowers, paying extra for next day delivery. Flowers were never received and I'm still waiting for a refund, which, after reading these reviews, seems unlikely to happen

I think I am another candidate to be scammed by this site and what’s more it’s got a PayPal option Receipts are not given after purchasing. And reading all these messages that PayPal can’t do anything is alarming! I thought PayPal was suppose to be the safest option! Well I immediately filed a dispute but I don’t know what will happen. Item didn’t arrive on the scheduled date of delivery even though ordering before hand.

How can this SCAM keep taking customers payments and not deliver the goods your ordered online and get away with it? Maria fiorista and FloraMamma are both connect and the same company. What actually infuriates me is that even PAYPAL.COM does not protect the customers from being scammed hence these website keep abusing their customers. Very disappointing in the service and the PAYPAL.

I ordered an arrangement through their website when I was in Rome Italy in Feb 2019. I selected the premium arrangement of mixed red roses and pink roses for 78EUR, with advertised Lindt chocolate. The communication was poor, no confirmation email until I sent an email to someone name Andrew Carrano. My wife received the arrangement and to my surprise it was small. I immediately contacted the florist by direct email which I have proof he opened it because I used an email algorithm software to advise when the emails are opened. I never received any answer to my inquiry. Furthermore, I will go full speed ahead with this company as I have resources to dig deeper into this scam. It is not about the 78EUR, it is about deceit and deception of this site. I will follow up.

Thank you to Maria Fiorista for first class service. I ordered flowers while in Zimbabwe to be delivered to a resort in Treviso Italy today 22 December for my sister's birthday and wow they were delivered....fresh and beautiful. Initially I had trouble making payment for the flowers but they guided me through the process and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for helping to make my sister's day special!!

I ordered flower arrangement: mariafiorista: daring mix

A completely different bouquet was delivered late, with different flowers, color palette, poor quality, and thrown together without any thought.

I was notified late, (at 7pm), on the scheduled delivery day that they could not deliver that day. When an arrangement of flowers was finally delivered it was totally different from what the seller described in the item listing. Furthermore, there are numerous complaints against this company that describe receiving the same “alternative” arrangement. I contacted the seller and received a fast, generic response that provided no help.

Given the speed of the response, in addition to many complaints listed online which specifically reference the same “alternative” bouquet that was sent to our recipient, it is clear that this is a common bait-and-switch. It was not simply that what was received was not what we ordered, it is not uncommon to have reasonable substitutions made due to the availability of flowers at any given season. But the bouquet that was sent was completely different with a totally different color palette and looks as though it was thrown together without any thought.

I contacted the seller and received a fast, generic response that provided no help. I submitted a complaint with PayPal and they did not do due diligence in investigating, they didn't even contact me for details of what had been ordered vs. received.

I asked for refund 3 weeks ago which until now has not been processed! Still waiting to hear from them. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN, AND PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A HASSLE BY NOT ORDERING FROM THEM! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ALSO CHARGES A LOT MORE THAN DIRECT FLORISTS! IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!!

Unfortunately I haven’t Seen these reviews before to order some flowers for my mom. I ordered 6 days before the due date they haven’t delivered the flowers due to “unexpected” problem with the person who should do the delivery even I don’t understand why they didn’t find someone else because my mom’s birthday it’s not after one day or two when they said can deliver the flowers. They are one pf the most unprofessional company I have ever seen. I’ve asked for a refund it passed one month since then and I’m still waiting for my money. They told me have sent to the accounting to process my refund but seems to be unbelievable the need so mach time. I sure they don’t want to gave me back the money but I’m not think to wait anymore for them so I want to complain them to the competent authorities. So please don’t waste your money, time and you avoid such a big unpleasant situation.

I ordered flowers and a teddy online for my girl in the south of Italy and I am in the US. The flowers got there on time and to her address and she was very happy. I called them to thank them to the number on their site and they answered. I would buy from them again, great service! Grazie!!!
