Honestly, everything has been a fantastic experience for me, and it makes me excited about developing this new career. I find it to be a very holistic mentorship programme, and it's hard to say what has been the 'best thing'. Just knowing there's a team behind me pushing me forwards gives me a lot of motivation to succeed.

My time at Mastered has been nothing but fantastic. From the personalised one-to-one sessions, whether it be technical or career development, to the group mentor sessions where I was able to connect with other creators on the boot camp has been extremely insightful. I came into Mastered with absolutely no programming experience whatsoever, to taking on the role of a Technical Game Designer within just the span of 5-6 months, thanks to the help of my mentors!

"personalized experience. having mentor who is as much passionate about making things i love is the greatest thing i could ask for. no one can understand you better than person who like the same stuff as you do". that said i Highly recommend it because they really push you forward

The best thing about the bootcamp so far has been the amount of resources available. The technical mentors and the show and tells really help with this and I like how the show and tells are recorded so when missed I can watch them which is a big help. The coaching is also a really big help in thinking about what I lack in areas. Finally success manager is good because they keep me on track and check on me which is really useful for help. I expected all of these parts but I did not expect the depth.

Enrolling in Masters was the best decision I made during my career,I had ongoing training and thought I am on top of my game but joining Masters showed me the extension of not only the depth to the color but showed me being a good hairdresser is much more and by extension I learned art of consultation ,Photography ,Videography and Social media ,Thank you Masters for giving me this opportunity to grow and be more confident .

This experience was one highlite of '2020' My mentor was amazing. Would highly recommend this program to anyone looking to level up as a colorist. The knowledge provided, we can all take back into the salon and applied.

The process of becoming a Wella Master Color Expert was utterly transformative. I could never have imagined the ways in which the program would challenge me to grow as a colorist. As intense as the MCE was, their competent mentors were always readily available with support and guidance. Upon entering the Master Color Expert program, I was confident in my creativity, but uncertain about my technical abilities. MCE gave me the tools to competently take on any color challenge. I can honestly say that becoming a Wella Master Color Expert is the single best thing I have done in my professional life!

Becoming a Master Color Expert and work with some of the biggest names in the Hair industry was like a dream coming true. The Team from Mastered is on your side the entire process long , you need help write them and they come back to you ASAP. Everything I knew before made even more since after the class. I grow in confidence of doing different hair types I am not afraid anymore of any hair to be honest, I am literally running my studio with the motto “No rules apply” and I can only do that because I was able to do the Master Color Expert Program.

The Wella MCE program gave me a lot of confidence behind the chair as well as a vast knowledge of the Wella brand. I now feel I have more tools in my toolbox to make my job easier. I have loved and used Wella for more than 20 years, and nowI love it even more.

Master Color Expert was the Key for my Success!! It is so intense in Science and Chemistry. This online course fit in with running the business so well. The resources, mentors and group support was amazing. I got so much from it and my confidence in colouring has helped me not only improve on techniques but in mixing formulas i would never have thought of using. It was a great experience, hard at times but totally worth it.
