It was a joy doing my course online. Really well organized. Would highly recommend!

I have really appreciated having a professional coach (rather than someone from within the business that already knows me) as I have had really useful candid conversations about my areas for improvement. This programme forced me to carve out time for myself to think about how I want to develop within the business and what I would need to do to achieve this. I also appreciated having someone ask me challenging questions and give me that push to make certain conversations happen or find other ways to approach things. My coach, Samantha, was always very supportive of my ideas and over the course of the programme I saw my confidence and self-belief grow with her help. And finally, it was a really good feeling to know the company wanted to invest in my development!

I had the opportunity to be part of this programme during the pandemic so it was a very different period with more time to reflect. In my case not only I was able to reach some of my objectives as a leader but my objectives have become dynamic and more focused on the development of my profile both personally and professionally.

Great materials were available with lots of insights into the luxury retail business. I loved Jill Williams' coaching style. She has been able to engage and connect with me in a really enjoyable way and I felt supported throughout our journey together. My experience on the Mastered coaching programme from start to finish was faultless. It gave me more confidence and changed my approach to work. Samantha was very supportive and she was able to tailor the programme to my individual needs. She covered a broad range of tips and advice, and I liked the fact that it was practical and that examples I could relate to were used. I highly recommend this course to everyone who wants to become a better leader.

"There could not have been a better time to enter the programme as it started just before lockdown so it gave me the opportunity to have someone to talk to while working from home. The last session was done 2 weeks after reopening so it was perfectly on time to share my experience of going back to the boutique and revisiting my future goals. I thoroughly enjoyed the Mastered programme! My coach Jill was a perfect match, with very similar industry experience and great understanding with empathy. My coach challenged me to become more aware of not only the simple yet foundational wins but also future long term planning. I would recommend Mastered to colleagues, alot of the conversations are more valuable when you are prepared and have read the recommended content/materials. If you cannot commit the time to read the recommendations, I can understand how it could feel overwhelming. The main reason I have not given a 5 star review, is because I would have hoped to get more out of the group coaching sessions. The individual coaching sessions were great.

I highly recommend Mastered for everyone at any point of his/her career. The content is very relevant and useful, the coach is making you reflect on yourself and your way of working to improve and feel better in your role. It was really tailored made and that fact that you can still use the content even after finishing the program is an amazing opportunity to keep learning and stay on track to achieve your goals. Thank you to the all Mastered team and my coach who have been very helpful and flexible all along the journey.

It was by far the best training program I have taken part in. The content of the program was very relevant to me. It helped me develop as a leader and as a person. My Coach was honest, open, non-judgmental and focused on my needs. I really liked the one 2 one concept. I would highly recommend the training for all new and current leaders.

Mastered was a great trip for me. I met people from all over the world that share the same passion with me, I did great jobs with them and I had the opportunity to work with one of the top make up artists if the world, Alex Box.

The program is well structured and Mastered People. Nevertheless, for me is a far too digital program and I feel very isolated and not able to interact properly or create projects with other artists.
Therefore, I am not finding Mastered as helpful.

My experiences with Mastered have been very positive. I have had the opportunity to speak with many industry professionals from across the globe and have been grateful to continue to work with two Mastered team members module after module: Mike from the support team and Kate from the coaching team. These ongoing feedback and coaching relationships have honestly changed some of my work (and life) habits in ways I could not have anticipated.

The Mastered program is being something really challenging and satisfying at same time. I’m discovering things about myself, that I didn’t know before. I feel more prepared to life challenges now, then before.

Amazing experience. A lot of attention to my personal goals, a lot of expertise, very good experts on board and perfect coaching.

Mastered changed my life, because it upgraded my business. Everything that seemed random before Mastered fell into place. It gave my structure, it emphasised my purpose, it gave me perspective and opportunities. My business was reborn and took off with incredible speed starting from the first modules of mastered.

I am in the middle of their 10 months programme and so far I have had a great experience. There is a great team behind for everything you need and they have great experts to review our progress.

My experience with Mastered has been pivotal in my professional journey. What had been holding me back was immediately addressed in the first call. I clearly knew what action needed to be taken and made a major creative breakthrough each time I’ve met with a Mastered Coach or Expert. It’s refreshing to meet other creatives on the same journey... being a part of the mastered community is so valuable to my confidence and mindset while moving towards my professional goals & evolving my creative work.

I have had a roller coaster ride on my journey to say the least! And definitely not in a bad way! If i have ever had trouble with anything, the team at Mastered has been there to help me with whatever i needed. I’ve learned so much about myself just in this journey and I’m not even done yet! I am so excited for the opportunities that are being open through mastered and the confidence it has given me as a creative. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone looking to further their career and those who are serious about making a change towards being a better creative! I'm only half-way in the program, but I'm already convinced that this was a very good investment for my business. The mastered modules guide you through a process that every brandowner should do, but which many designers who start a business tend to forget or not know about. The modules they provide are full of interesting, usefull texts and videos. And I have learned so much from my calls with the industry-experts. I would defenitely recommend this to anyone wants to start/expand their business in a creative industry.
