Bought a e-bike for my son. You can check online all of the details you want but are also able to see and test the bike in one of the physical shops. We went to Rumst to do this. Very friendly person that was very helpful. Couple of days later the bike was delivered. Everything was as it should be. Very good quality e-bike. So good that we bought a second bike for my wife. Matrabikes even called me afterward to check if everything was ok and how our experience with them was. Super!! Again very friendly people that let you know they are there for you if you need them.

Good service
It was easy to buy a bike online from Matrabike. Straight forward and no hassles. We had an option to get it delivered, we took that. The bike was delivered fast and in a very good condition. I can not complain about anything. Matrabike gave good service and I will recommend them to anyone.

Quality below what I find acceptable
I bought an ebike in the summer of 2021. After a few months I had to return the first one, as it was broken and received a new bike. However, it is not of good quality either. The battery never prerformed the way it was promised (I had the biggest one that promised to last up to 120km, but on average I made it maybe 40km although I am an average sized woman and never had additional weight on it). The bike also already started to get rusty after less than a year (although mostly stored inside), had construction issues (water pooled under the battery and could not drain) and now after 2 years the button on the coating of the on/off button on the battery is cracking. I did receive an offer from matrabike to come in and get things repaired again, but I wanted to return the bike as I dont think the above mentioned issues can be repaired. Matrabike didnt agree. So I would no recommend buying from them - certainly not if you are from further away like me and want to make trips to Matrabike every so often for issues with your bike.
