10/10 experience

10/10 experience. Will recommend as they’re really good with customer service. Reordered a part that was wrong which was on my fault on end with miscommunication and ended up sending me a whole new set! They will definitely treat you well and make sure you’re satisfied!

Impossible to help me

Impossible to help me, even if its their generator. Didnt even try.

Was about to buy à second unit like that, appreciate the bluetooth. But will go with another brand.

Good customer service!

I had an issue with one of the struts after installment. I called customer service and was able to speak with a representative immediately, who addresses my concerns and replaced the defective part immediately. I was thankful and impressed with the service.

Great Customer Service

The customer service was very immediate and patient. I had a shock snap on me and they sent me a whole front and rear suspension kit and I just had to pay $100 for shipping which I think is reasonable.

I ordered T6 series coilovers for my…

I ordered T6 series coilovers for my 2008 Subaru Impreza Hatchback. Just a regular Impreza not WRX or STI.

I talked with the online support on their page, they told me 4-6 work days and they will be delivered, at first it took 15 days. Then when they arrived, we installed them - mind it those are not my first coilovers, we have workshop and I also have a lot of good people in my team, because I organize the biggest car shows in the Baltic states (northern Europe). I contacted them, told them that the top bolt is broken for two of the coilovers, which means they are making knocking sounds because the coil itself is loose in there. It is undrivable because of that.

They offered me a 50€ refund and new M14 nuts, but it is impossible to change because they do not fit over the stiffness regulation button. also i have talked with them online and via email, told them several times, that i ordered working new coilovers, i don't have to start fixing them myself or start looking for parts to fix new working coilovers, they have been driven maximum 10km, to test the different settings and find the way to get over the knocking sound, but we found out it came from two loose bolts.

It stresses me the F-ck out, that i can't drive my car, I can't attend shows with my own car and now the Germans are thinking that I have to start fixing those coilovers myself. I Can't do anything because the car is undrivable at the moment because of the faulty coilovers.

German side is making life really hard and they are not trustworthy. They offer me to find parts and start fixing the NEW COILOVERS myself. I payed good good money for those coilovers and they are broken. I have emailed those guys back and forward for over a week now. Nothing changes they offer 50 or 100 euros to buys new parts and start fixing those coilovers. They are not interested in changing out coilovers that were broken from the beginning.
