Terrible service at the Wimbledon…
Terrible service at the Wimbledon branch and a completely unprofessional experience. I arrived at 9:30am for an urgent document shipment, only to find the store didn’t open until 10am despite the advertised hours. When I finally got inside, the assistant had no idea how to handle the service and kept saying I would have to wait until the manager arrived later in the evening.
There is absolutely no way I would leave important legal or business documents with people who appear so untrained and incompetent. If you are offering professional mailing and document services, your staff should at least know the basics of what they are doing.
A complete waste of time and extremely frustrating when dealing with urgent matters. I would not recommend the Wimbledon branch to anyone needing reliable or professional service.

The morning of your visit, we experienced an unexpected delay opening the store, and the assistant on-site was a brand-new team member who was not yet fully comfortable managing the complex documentation required for international or urgent courier services.
We take your comments very seriously. We have addressed the opening delay with our team, and we can assure you that this staff member has now completed their comprehensive training and is fully equipped to handle all mailing and document services independently.

The staff of MBE Cambridge is simply amazing! I walked in at closing time and asked a quote for dispatching a document. They could have sent me away instead they were kind, super honest, and gave me a copy of my document for free. You rarely meet this level of professionalism! I appreciated their help so much! 5 well-deserved stars, I will surely go back next time!

Abysmal. Glasgow Shawlands branch gave me a pre auction quote as I had requested. I bought the item, and requested Mail Boxes to collect as per the instructions they had given me at the time of the quote. Nothing. I chased them up, to be told that they hadn't received my instructions (?) but all okay they would now get it collected. Nothing. Contacted the auction house who told me MBE had been a day late collecting given having had a puncture, didn't collect my item due to the weight but said they would return with a more suitable vehicle. I contacted MBE who said that, due to the weight, they wouldn't now be able to handle the collection and delivery, different to what they had told the auction house. I asked why they hadn't told me, and had told the auction house a different story. MBE haven't replied to me (again). You are supposed to be professional couriers, when you give a quote you should know what you are doing, and if you screw up it should be down to you to correct things. I buy from all over the world, I've never had a courier renege on a pre auction quote let alone fail to let me know. This has left me high and dry, I wouldn't have bid and won the lot if I had known MBE would simply ignore me.

Terrible company. Worcester office basically closed most of April and March. Complained to Head Office but nothing done. Several parcels of mine entrapped there. Mostly clothes for holiday on Wednesday May 6. Ordered plant was returned as Royal Mail couldnt deliver as office was shut. Disgraceful Service. In fact none existant.

Excellent service from MBE Cambridge
Raf and his colleagues in the Cambridge office in King Street expertly packaged an antique wooden chair for us that we wanted to send to Italy and organised its shipment by road with TNT. The chair arrived safe and sound without any problems or delays from Customs in just one week, (which is less than a letter often takes to arrive!). Well done, Raf - we can certainly recommend your services and shall use them again !
