Consistently excellent

Have been buying from MCM for years, and never had an issue. Prices are very reasonable and their house brands perform perfectly. I highly recommend them.

One of the two best companies in the internet

This is one of the two companies that I don't have any reservations recommending to anyone buying from internet. When I contacted them for a return, they apologized for (what I bought) not working out for me (it wasn't their fault) and immediately issued a Return Authorization (RM) number for me to return. What really surprised me was: They even refunded the shipping cost (I should bear the cost)! Their custom services are also the first rate: In addition to fast shipment, all my emails were answered immediately!

MCM Quality.

I shop at MCM for the prices, the assortment of items and the fast delivery of my orders. I always check MCM first before going to other sites. These services help me keep my customers happy also.

Incomplete order

what I got was great and on time. I still have not rec'd line item #1, A TIP102 transistor. Where the heck is it? The young lady I spoke with when I reported it was "missing" said she'd get one on the way ... it's been a week. That is ridiculous.

Thank you for your recent feedback regarding your order with MCM Electronics. The original part number you requested TIP102 substituted over to the 115-TIP102. We included these on your original order but it was not clear that they were the sub for TIP102 so I’m not sure if you knew you had received the part. In addition, you spoke with Julie at MCM on March 15 and she sent out two more of 115-TIP102 sent via UPS which shipped on March 16th. These were delivered on March 21st. Please let me know if for some reason you still did not receive these.

Awesome deal and powerful

This amp is exactly what I needed. It's not easy to find a 1RU power amp with this much kick. And the price? Hard to beat. Highly recommended.
