I needed some cables and adapters for our sound system at our church. I have ordered stuff from MCM for many years and have never been disappointed. Great price and they were delivered very quickly. Thanks MCM!

Items did not arrive, although shown on packing slip. Customer service immediately apologized and said missing items will ship today. A week later I get a credit cancelling the order?

Every order I have ever placed has been handled without problems. The one time when the part wasn't what it was cracked up to be, there was no problem with the return and refund.

Over many years and orders, large and small MCM has been a highly reliable vendor with prompt shipping and competitive prices. On the few occasions where there has been a product defect they have handled the complaint just as I would expect

Ordering and shipping was great. But the Fedex smartpost shipping option does not work for me. In two days it arrived at the USPS point 150 miles from my front door. The last 150 miles took 3 days, which I feel is long.

On everything that I have ordered from MCM, the shipping charges are way too high.

In my loudspeaker building years I bought many items from MCM and was never disappointed. After an absence of many years I returned to loudspeaker construction as a hobby with my late in life son (he's 19, I'm 63). Bought a 12" bass driver to build a bass amp speaker. Good stuff at a fair price, prompt delivery and exactly as described. Nothing more need be said.

Order was filled accurately, notification was timely and arrived on time.

Ordered it Sunday night, it came in to NY from Ohio on Tuesday.
Merchandise exactly as shown. Would trade here again.

My order arrived as promised despite the snow storms and a call to customer service to just check up on delivery was met with a friendly voice that was knowledgable on my order.

A product MCM sold has a design error. I emailed MCM with a complete description of the problem, but got no response. I'm a retired electrical engineer. I modified the product to correct the design error, and I want MCM to alert the manufacturer.

I was disappointed in the delivery period of 6 days. I usually receive items well within 6 days with the most inexpensive delivery method.
