Ordered on 24th December, had to contact them on 15th Jan for delivery date, they did not answer email, Phone just rings and rings or engaged where other people try to get in touch. Not a service I will use again.. I know it’s a business, but they must do better..

Perfect item & delivery
The product is just what we wanted but as I have ordered before I knew it was going to be good. The delivery driver went above and beyond and left the item raised off the floor as I wasn’t home. So kind of him.

Ordering process was simple and…
Ordering process was simple and collected from the warehouse direct. That side of things was fine however the quality of the board itself I wasn’t overly impressed with. The finish was poor for a pre primed product and various marks and scratches on it.

The more modern Torus profile is more attractive and likely to be easier to clean. Undercoat was a warm white so needed minimal gloss to finish. Best of all we paid extra for faster delivery and the 4.2 m planks were shipped in pairs in their own van so arrived in perfect condition. Last lot we bought from Wickes were destroyed by van driver getting them off.

I never write reviews. I’m really impressed and happy with this company. I ordered some skirting and there was an issue with the delivery during transit which was completely unavoidable for them which involved damage to my items. They quickly emailed me directly and informed me they were making new pieces for delivery the next day. The items arrived as promised by a very nice and polite driver. The skirting is much better quality than I thought too. 10/10

Haven’t fitted my new skirting yet but it was delivered on time and was great value for money.I will be able to fit the skirting without any joins due to its long length which is a bonus and I didn’t have to drive home with it sticking out the back of my car.I will be using skirting world again for my next purchase.
