Excellent quality, too bad they're unfair to customers
The skirting is excellent quality and the service is good. Unfortunately, I ordered too much of it on my builder's recommendation and they have a very unfair returns policy where they only refund 50% even if you order something that isn't custom and even if it's within 14 days of purchase. Buyer beware.
Had they made this policy more explicit at order, i wouldn't have chosen them.

Can't honour their delivery pledge!
Paid £19 for a delivery between 4 to 6 working days. Ordered on the Sunday so they got it first thing Monday morning. I recieved an email telling me it was going to be delivered on the following Tuesday, thats 7 working days. When I complained they insisted it was 6 working days. Needless to say I cancelled the order.

Still waiting for my order over 2 weeks later
I waited In all day for my order to not arrive. I then get told that it was turned away by me because it was damaged which is not the case. My carpenter has been paid to do nothing as the material still have not been delivered.
I am still waiting for this order to be delivered or refunded 2 weeks later.
Would definitely not order from this company again. I am not getting any replies to my emails or messages either.

Top quality skirtings
Ordered softwood skirtings and architraves. Was slightly apprehensive ordering online given the general quality of softwood in terms of knots, warping and twisting but I needn’t have been as the quality from skirting world is first class. Really can’t fault it. Properly primed aswell. Will be ordering all of my skirting’s from here from now on.

Good value, though a little roughly finished
Ordering was straightforward and delivery very timely, although the driver didn't seem to be aware of the what3words location added to the order as requested and got lost. The dado rail was good value but a bit disappointed that the primed version had a very rough finish and the profile is not consistent throughout. Looks quite good now finished!

False advertising and why I will not…
Reason for low score and why I will not use again is due to false advertising on their website that their skirting was made of HDF - this bold comment on their website triggered my purchase . On a phone call regarding a delivery date change they only then admitted it was actually not HDF - as they were still claimingiin writing on their website BUT MDF - ( photo of HDF advert sent to person on phone call) and when challenged about it and the fact they still continued false advertising they tried to say their MDF was a better grade of MDF but was not HDF That is just unacceptable fraudulent behaviour. Will not use again on my projects as company is clearly untrustworthy.
Shame as systems on order progress and comms were good.
Will update when delivery arrives

The items came in good time and the…
The items came in good time and the skirting was of good quality however the architrave was not as good. The face looks great but the bumps down both sides from where it has been machined is annoying when you have paid extra for a primed finish. Both edges needed to be sanded down to remove this on all pieces. This took along time and then needed to be undercoated again before I could fit them.
