I was seen on time and the vet was kind and helpful.

Great first experience with Medivet New Cross! Visited with our cat for annual vaccines and check up - slightly delayed due to an urgent appointment needed for another pet but this was unavoidable and they were very apologetic

Medivet Watford are by far the best Vet surgery I’ve used and I’ve had Dogs for over 40 years. I rehomed a dog that was abandoned there who is part of the family now and can’t imagine life without her and they handle all your insurance claims for you and take the stress away when your dogs are ill. Can’t recommend them highly enough. The team are incredible. Thank you all.

Fran is one of the new vets in Prescot. She is really nice, professional and was so caring with our very nervous dog.

Had 5 appointments and every single one was late been seen.

Most of the appointments was 20-30 minutes latest.

Didnt even come and say they was running late

Excellent service. Appointment on the day & great attention to my dog’s problem.
Medication, scan & urine tests done promptly.
Vet gave full explanation & answered all question. Never felt rushed.
Highly recommend this practice & Nikkiana in particular.

the receptionist was very helpful and understanding of my problem and she sorted it out without any problem or trouble and would recommend Medivet

I was very worried about poppy my 10year old female jack Russell, I had to leave her with the vet while I waited outside as I get upset if she yelps at anything 😂. After her examination the vet explained everything to me and I felt so much better. I took her home and started her treatment 💊 we both had a good night sleep and so far so good 🤞 I can not recommend MEDI VET enough for helping poppy and myself, I'll recommend there practice to all.

Friendly welcome. Met Alan, very friendly, professional and was very good with our cat for its booster and health check.

Friendly and patient vet, made me feel comfortable and my cat was well looked after.

Tried to sting me with a secret "Joining Fee" that wasn't advertised anywhere but on a leaflet they showed me a the clinic (false advertising, will be reported accordingly). This was after my cat had been chipped and they'd issued me with a worming solution to apply at home. As if they were trying to trap me into paying this unadvertised charge. I didn't allow myself to be ripped off; reporting this to the RCVS.
Then the micro-chipping service these bandits use tried to charge me to make sure the chip identifies my cats owner.
Stay away! They'll try and sting you, too!

Once again Jacky & his friendly team accommodated a later time slot due to my cat escaping before his earlier pre-booked time slot! Unfortunately wound assessment & cleaning of his wound/abscess was minimal due to Henners (& his mum!!) becoming too stressed ... so usual antibiotics & anti-inflammatories & we were done!

Put at ease from holly at reception to the lovely lady who gave our pup ; alsk holly her 2nd jab .nothing too much trouble thoroughly recommend ripon medivets .great team of people

My dog is nervous at the vets and she actually lay down and had a nap while the vet answered my questions. A lovely calm atmosphere, all questions answered professionally, excellent attention and care for my dog. I could ask for nothing more.

The team at Medivet Canonbury really listened to our concerns about just how nervous our dog is visiting the vet, and Leo (the vet) was brilliant with him and managed to get us a same day referral to the Veterinary Hospital too. Everyone was so kind and helpful - thank you!

The staff were caring, clear in imparting information and gave us time to ask questions. Our cat had an ultra sound scan in Watford. The staff were helpful in describing how they would transport him, what they would do during the procedure. The nurse who debriefed us when we collected him, had been with him the whole time. The vet was lovely and has given us all the options and was encouraging too.
