Memsaab has an exceptional team who consistently go above and beyond for their customers. Every time our family books an appointment at their showroom, we are met with outstanding service and genuine care.

During the busy Eid approaching period, we were assisted by Ahsan, who also helped us with our very first purchase. Despite how hectic it was, he remained incredibly attentive; bringing out a variety of suits and offering thoughtful suggestions when we were unsure of what to choose. The one-to-one shopping experience truly feels luxurious, with dedicated time and attention that makes you feel valued.

Close to Eid, I had a last-minute change of heart about my outfit. As their phone lines were understandably overwhelmed, I reached out via their TikTok live and was kindly advised to visit the showroom for an exchange. When we arrived, Ahsan recognised us immediately and once again went out of his way to accommodate us, all while managing other customers with remarkable professionalism. His hard work and commitment were evident throughout.

Thanks to the excellent service and beautiful outfits, our family is now so excited to wear our matching “mummy and me” suits this Eid.

I was unaware where to park I called them the guy picked ahaan and his service was quick I know exactly what I wanted and they had it. Good value for money. The place inside looks professional.

I have been trying to contact Memsaab since the 5th March, from different forms, number listed on website, WhatsApp and email. No reply from anyone. I ordered a suit for my daughter, 3 piece but was sent a 2 piece. Although it said on the description. I have proof, then recently they changed it to 2 piece. They have ruined my experience with them, I was a new customer, recommended by friend. A big mistake. Memsaab ruined my daughter's Eid clothes. Never will I purchase from this company. Very unprofessional.

I have bought clothes for eid. One dress was really nice but when I bought an expensive on from the website Zarish - Readymade - Shagna Premium Raw Silk, this dress looked nothing like on the website. The cloth, the works on it everything looked cheap and the dress did not fit me well. I wanted return or exchange but they said as it was on pre order it cant be returned. But the same dress is on sale in tiktok and in less price and returnable.

I am extremely grateful and with the Memsab customer service, I ordered online 3 times in within one month as because the sale offer is very good, even without offers one are good price too, and yesterday I went to the store to check some dresses sizes for my daughter and niece. The staff members was fantastic, specially a brother named Ahsan, his just amazing person, his help us with patience and very friendly behaviour, same time very professional as well, I have happily bought more dresses in store yesterday and will purchase even more in upcoming time. Just missing the old store in bury park as we have been very old customer of Memesab as because the dress’s quality is the outstanding.

Not as shown on the pics exaggerated vids and pics with light effects. Shown as heavy embroidery when it arrived was just printed. Prices were twice as much as elsewhere. Never will I buy from here again. Not happy

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Poor customer service. I ordered my Eid dress from them and it was damaged. It was ripped at the front and back. Ive informed memsaab via multiple avenues including WhatsApp, email and I’ve tried calling them but I’m being ignored. Even requested a returns on their portal, no response. I’m requesting a charge back via my bank. I will never order from them again. AVOID!!!

Amazing buy. Very very beautiful dress. Well worth the price. Memsaab is my go to website for Eid shopping. Easy delivery and quick returns. Well done Memsaab!!

First time I shopped with Memsaab..Sizing off and quality too… loose threads, poor quality stitching and material even though on the website the designs look quite enticing. In addition, customer is charged for the re-stocking so overall no I would not recommend.

I have just recently placed an order with this company on their website checked out and a day later was informed one of my items were not in stock a decent auto populated message on what’s app showing empathy in how sorry they were and what steps I was able to take to resolve this. This was all understandable until I then tried to get a hold of someone on the other side to let them know what steps I wanted to take - no response and the most unfriendliest response after sometime. I think they really need to go ahead and improve themselves on their customer service skills! Avoid if you want a pleasant experience when something goes wrong on their side and needs correcting.
