Customer service was poor at best. I bought a rechargeable hand tool, granted it was economically friendly priced, didn't cost that much at all but it was purchased defective and didn't work properly, despite the initial phone call in which the gentleman was very polite and respectful, it ended there, nothing but email corresponding afterwards and were insisting on me sending it back on my dime just to get a defective product looked at, very poor Elaney and Amanda, the company could've done better, as a business owner myself of over eighteen years I would've expected much better customer service on all levels, I got my money back at the place of purchase since they were no longer available. Oh well there's other better businesses to go to.
