Ordered for the first time and had an excellent experience. Had an emergency and received the order within 3 days. The product is original and came well packed. Had to gift it to my mom, received it on time and thankfully the customer service person was so helpful and polite. Thankyou ☺️
They did not send the DPD code to open the DPD Postbox. Errors can happen but I am writing emails on a daily basis and get no answer. After hours on the telephone queue I eventually got through - but they just said they take care of it. This was 3 days ago. Still no reaction. This is the worst shop I ever met.

Where to start....
Found some items Dell HD22Q docking stations that seemed to be out of stock at most places. Contacted their customer service to double check they had these in stock... Some unhelpful guy called Jonas in the end confirmed they had them in stock 100%.
Yesterday I finally handed over almost €500 to buy 3 of these things to send to our client in Germany.
Payment went through, confirmation was sent. Today I contact them to get the tracking on these so I can keep an aye on progress..... I get a guy called Matthias who told me that they never had these in stock and that I will receive an email to cancel and refund me, so far I have not received an email or any money back.... and the items still are listed as "In Stock" on the website...
Bunch of cowboy amateurs who say they have things in stock but likely just dropship and fob peolle off if they can't get the items.
Stay well clear of these clowns.
Timing / Broken promises
It was promised to deliver in 1-3 working days. But in fact a week has passed and the delivery is still hell knows where.
