Honorable .This is totally…

Honorable .This is totally unacceptable. I paid for a product and it was never delivered. It even shows that the product was never shipped to my house and to a different address than the one that it was ordered on. I did not change the shipping address. I have contacted fedex and they told me to contact you. This is totally unacceptable, I have been on the phones with you since day one of this showing my concern. This needs to be fixed with a refund. I will be calling everyday for this to get resolved and I have never had this bad of an experience with any item or company.

When i try to download games on…

When i try to download games on microsoft store the download is so slow, on steam and epicgames my normal download is 100mbs but on microsoft store it is 1mbs and it takes like 10hour just to download 60gb games. i have tried evere thing i can imagine and still dont work.

Purchased an add on feature from the…

Purchased an add on feature from the Microsoft Store for the Last Decendant game.
Microsoft were very keen in taking the money from the bank account but the add on was never forwarded to me.
We tried to get the money back but they have refused to do so.
Never ever buy anything else from Microsoft ever again. Now because of this I have lost money and the company is not willing to refund for their mistake.
A complete shambolic company!!!!!!!

Cheaters!!

Customer care is pathetic. The defective item was returned 16 days ago on the same day that it was delivered to me, they received the item 10 days back in their returns center and the refund isn’t provided yet for the Surface Pro Signature Keyboard that was returned. What do you guys think about yourselves? Aren’t you supposed to provide refund for the returned item? What right do you have to keep my money with you when I no longer have your product? When contacting support, all they do is keeping me on wait for long hours with no response. You will have to face consequences if you keep wasting my time this way, stop looting from people, this is nothing but a breach of trust and faith.

I tried to buy Forza Horizon 4

I tried to buy Forza Horizon 4. It didn't download for me, so they gave me my €60 back. Still, the fact that it didn't download just shows how rubbish the Microsoft Store is, if you're looking for games, get Steam and/or Epic Games, they're much better and have better deals.

Imagine Microsoft can't run a functional online store.

Store can corrupt you device, and the shop litterly won't take payments.

No wonder Microsoft is living on life support. After 4 attempts I guess I'll just have to go find some google software.

If there was an option to give 0 stars I would. The thing won't update itself "something happened and we couldnt complete the update" 0/10. I hope one day you'll stop your bullcrap.

The error code is 0x80073CFE, in case you need it.

Bought an app - not what it says but no refund

Bought an app 'Onecalendar' based on the trial (limited features - ok ish) and description (best thing since sliced bread). It turned out to be worse than useless but I cannot get a refund. Never ever again. Outright thievery. The app seller says it is not down to them but Microsoft - but microsoft won't do anything about it. Surely this isn't legal?

Customers are eligible for a limited number of refunds per year, and you've reached your limit for this year.
Excuse me? Why didn't you tell me this BEFORE I made the purchase. I don't recall requesting any refunds this year. Surely this can't be legal or ethical.

Don't update windows 11, NEVER.

I just pdated my windows 11 one day ago and a new security update blocked my laptop and i had no way to log in with my personal PIN, i had to reset the laptop deleteing all my apps, data and files only to get acces to my windows again.
This windows is full of trash updates, i hate it and i regret the day i bought it.

Lost Package Issue

Getting in contact with somebody me who could actually assist me was incredible challenging and frustrating l. The phone tree does not make sense and speaking to a non-Native speaker took way too long to communicate the issue. And then the issue was never resolved!!

The carrier did NOT deliver my package. There was no photo proof it was delivered to my address, however your investigation did not involve any conversations with me directly and now I am out $660 because you did not due your due diligence. I expect a Manager, who is English speaking, to contact me and resolve this. Very poor customer service and I will not be using them again.

Abysmal service with shipping issue.

I can't receive mail to my address so I have a PO Box. I ordered a product from the Microsoft Store and checked their shipping information ahead of time. The website says it doesn't recommend shipping to a PO Box but that, if you need to, you need to follow specific address instructions. I did so, and they still shipped my package via UPS. It's now stuck with UPS, who I've contacted multiple times to try and get a pickup or address change. They insist that Microsoft must initiate any change, and Microsoft customer service is impossible to reach. When I do reach them, I am put on hold for ages and then ultimately not helped. Out a couple hundred dollars and totally left without help. Terrible, terrible service.
