Calls typically terminate after one or…

Calls typically terminate after one or two rings. Notice of these calls arrives far too long after the call is dropped. Your dashboard is poor - half the time it does not show calls until it is refreshed, if then. Sometimes not until hours later. The app on my iPhone may show a call that does not show on the dashboard on my PC until much later.

William, thank you for sharing your feedback, sorry to hear about your experience! There are some things that you can do to improve it right away.

First, please remove a voicemail greeting from your Work Hours call flow. The flow is set up to play a greeting and then route the call to you; however, when people hear that all team members are currently busy, they are less likely to stay on the line.

Further, you chose to direct your calls to your mobile app, but set the amount of time the service would ring before switching to voicemail to 15 seconds. It's a very short period of time, we recommend using a 24-second timeout to make sure you have enough time to answer calls.

Finally, as for the Journal page (or dashboard as you call it), it's not refreshed automatically, though we consider adding such a feature one day.

Amazing and Affordable Phone System

My company has been using Mighty Call for almost half a year now, it has been an amazing service so far, great customer service. We're only waiting for the ability to limit a teams access to only specific phone numbers. Will rate 5 stars once that happens.

Mightycall is one of the best voip…

Mightycall is one of the best voip services providers available. I had used several over the past years which some were good, but the thing I like most about Mightycall is their transparency and quick responses times. Keep up the great work.

Recommend for property management

We use Mightycall for our property management business and highly recommend it.
The desktop and app interfaces are easy to use and the ability for our whole team to see/respond to texts, as well as the IVR and call capabilities are perfect for us.

All issues are resolved in a timely manner

A separate task was the system setup of MightyCall Enterprise for our IT infrastructure. Incompatibility between the standard configuration of the solution and our security system was revealed - Anyway, the MightyCall implementation service successfully coped with this problem.
All questions that we ask MightyCall are resolved in a timely manner
