The ad came up on either FB or Instagram. A cute dog in a video fetching a ball, bringing it back to a device, dropping the ball into the device and the device shoots the ball out for the dog to catch again. I thought it was a great thing for my dog. I clicked the link to order. When it arrived several months later directly from CHINA it was only three tennis balls. Even though the purchase description was Interactive Dog Toys. After inquiring further, I was told that I had received what I ordered. Such a scam. Facebook/Instagram are just as slimy, they must know that the vendor is scamming people. I basically paid $30 for 3 tennis balls.

I received three tennis balls but no launcher. Unbelievable. They claim that’s what I ordered. Three tennis balls for $30???? I’ve been back & firth with them. Now they want to credit me $15 to keep the items or give to someone in need??(who really needs a tennis ball) I told them False advertisement & im contacting BBB. They sent an email immed to diffuse the situation. At least I’m not alone in this. Also- they don’t even deserve one star but I couldn’t write a review w/o that. My husband & I are still discussing what to do. I’ve talked to so many people regarding their fake advertised item. Unacceptable!!

Can you give a zero? This is a scam. I ordered two ball launchers and got tennis balls.

Same experience as everyone else! Paid $30.70 for dog launcher. Received 3 tennis balls!!!! Horrible, expensive experience! No satisfaction at all. Reporting to Better Business Bureau!!! And advising everyone not to become victim of miimosas.HK scam!!!!

Terrible company! Ordered a ball launcher got 3 tennis balls. Took 2 1/2 months to get the 3 tennis balls!!!! Cost me over $28 for three tennis balls!!!

NO STARS! You talk about FRAUD! Same thing. I ordered the ball launcher. They said I paid $31.70 for 3 tennis balls. The description is for the interactive ABS dog toy, not 3 tennis balls. It states it is made from ABS plastic and is a ball launcher. They are duping the public. PayPal was no help at all. They wanted me to spend my money to send 3 tennis balls back to China. Seriously? So they denied my claim. This was advertised on FB and I assumed it was a legitimate company. Obviously a major scam to the public. I am not done, I will report this company everywhere I can. DO NOT BE TAKEN IN. THERE IS NO INTERACTIVE BALL LAUNCHER. You can notify them for me they a bunch of lousy crooks, not that they give a damn.

I had no idea when I ordered the product is shipped from China. I thought I ordered the interactive dog toy. My receipts all said that. Only when clicking on the receipt further for tracking info did it say I only ordered tennis balls and I didn’t realize this until I started to reach out for the rest of my order and was enlightened. I emailed twice to the email provided with no response. I reached out to the website. They offered me a $6 refund. With shipping I paid $30 for three tennis balls. Outrageous. Very difficult to return and will just cost me more money which makes it unreasonable to return. They advertise 100% satisfaction. Very unhappy with them. Will never order again from them no matter how much I may want it. Really bad customer service. Lesson learned not to buy off internet without finding out if they are sending things from a destination inside the 50 states. I admitted I didn’t order what I thought I ordered. A. Human mistake. One should be able to return anything if you don’t want it for any reason without losing money.

This is a Scam. Do not order from this company! Only received three tennis balls and no launcher. Tried reaching out to company but all emails come back undelivered. There is no phone number. Will report them to the BBB.

So have made the mistake of thinking I was purchasing an interactive dog toy. Just like the others, I recieved 3 tennis balls after 6 weeks. I’ve been emailing the so called Co., only to be told I had only ordered the tennis balls. They even sent a copy of the purchase order and circled the Tennis Balls but ignored the top line that said Interactive Dog Toy. They then offered me $5.00 USD as a payoff and keep the balls, but if I wanted to send them back, I would have to pay the postage in USD and it could take months to get my money back. I told them to stick their so called offer up their arses. Let no one else fall victim to these scam artist’s. Throw the ball to your dog yourselves and save your money. Loz

Zero stars. Like everyone else, ordered a dog tennis ball launcher and received 3 tennis balls. After contacting them regarding the missing launcher, they asked for a photo of merchandise received and packaging information. This was sent, and then sent back an email saying this is what I ordered. There was a picture of the launcher with the caption dog tennis ball. Why would I spend over $30.00 for tennis balls? Scam!

$34 for a ball launcher and I only received 3 tennis balls. Please do not waste your money with them.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Wish I had read the reviews! Same thing happened to me 3 tennis balls with no launcher. Ordered 5th Dec and received 27th Jan! They replied to my email asking for photos of packaging etc but seem to have blocked my email address as it won't send. Should be reported!!

Do not buy from this company. Scammed by misleading ad getting 3 balls and no launcher, I returned product at further expense to me and they didnt refund anyway.

Well I thought I was the only one. I ordered a tennis ball launcher October 30th 2020 and I received 3 tennis balls January 13th 2021. I have sent numerous emails to them and no reply. Around the same time I order this little printer and 2 rolls of paper came with it. I got the 2 rolls and nothing else. The thing that those two items had in common were, they came from the same shipping company that’s coming from China. Very frustrating

I really wish I'd read these reviews before I stupidly ordered what I thought was an interactive dog toy ball launcher. I too received 3 tennis balls around 6 weeks later. I don't actually want to give this company any stars!
How this company can get away with charging honest people extortionate amounts of money for 3 tennis balls is beyond me! And to get a refund I have had to pay an additional £12.95 to send the tennis balls back!!
