Exactly same as Mary. I ordered the tennis ball launcher at end of November and just arrived. Not same as product advertised as just 3 tennis balls and no automatic launcher. Reply from contact at vendor was that product and order complete and no return accepted. Clearly a scam .. no not but anything from this site!

SCAMMERS!!! I ordered an interactive dog tennis ball launcher and It took 3 months to get anything and when I received something it was just 3 tennis balls!

After finding some cool lights and a cool pet ball launcher on the site, I received one bent light with no usable plug and only three tennis balls. No launcher. Will not allow me to return.

Thieving what a massive scam!!!!!!
How can facebook let them advertise, do not go near this company absolutely disgusting. Maybe Facebook should do the refunding!!!

This the worst I ordered the dog fetch toy .what I received was some damn tennis balls . I have been scammed 3 times off of Facebook ads

As others, I got 3 tennis balls and with reply to my e-mail that is what you ordered. And then e-mail was blocked...
DO NOT buy from them anything!

I ordered twice and got the same thing as everyone else, just 3 tennis balls. Do not order from this company they are a scam.

Same as other people ordered ball launcher sent 3 tennis balls contacted the sellers sent pictures as they required and then they closed the email account. SCAMMERS

Same thing happened to me. I ordered the dog ball launcher and received three tennis balls instead. This company is a scam. I have tried to contact the company and their email is fake. They also keep deleting my reviews on their website.

06/01/2021 UPDATE:: Received a FULL refund from Paypal as i reported scamming company for false advertisement.

Scammed with 3 tennis balls instead of launcher.

What a scam!!!!! Got 3 x tennis balls but the video on Facebook leads you to believe you are paying for ball launcher....avoid this company like the plague about time facebook shut these sites down...guess Facebook not bothered so long as they pay fees...

SCAM!! Wish I read the reviews before purchasing! I ordered a tennis ball launcher and received 3 tennis balls instead - I've emailed the pictures of the product as requested by them to prove its an 'incomplete order' along with screenshots of reviews from here and I'm awaiting their response - No doubt I will not hear from them again!

Very unsatisfactory shopping experience.  I ordered a Dog Tennis Ball Launcher for $ 30, but only got 3 balls. The seller first tried to blame me for buying only the balls.  After a long email conversation and proof that I ordered the Launcher not just the balls, they offered me a refund of £ 6 or sent back items that would cost me $ 20 to deliver.  From the beginning I think it is the seller's accidently mistake, but unfortunately the seller does it with the intention of deceiving the customer.  I checked the reviews of English customers and there are a lot of fraudulent customers.

Absolute Scam.... ordered a dog ball launcher which cost almost £26 received 3 tennis balls after a 6 week wait. Contacted company and they say thats what I ordered. I did not just order 3 tennis balls and pay that amount of money for them. They refuse to give me a refund.
Stay clear of this company!
