Absolute joke
Absolute joke. The hair extensions clip ins were super thin and sparse. £55 for these and they wouldn’t accept refunds because I opened the packet. I told them I had to check also the colour was so different than on the website. I have sent them photos of how different it looks in the package. I bought x2 other hair extensions from Temu and I am so happy with them. Don’t buy from this brand they are an absolute rip-off and not very helpful at all!!! 👎🏻 👎🏻 I don’t usually bother to write reviews but they put me in the mood.

Fab experience using the colour match…
Fab experience using the colour match service. I was torn on which shade to purchase, sent photos and was contacted straight away in response to multiple queries. I have now got a choice of 2 blonde shades and a perfect length to order suited to my hair. Great customer service, would highly recommend. Hopefully the extensions are as good as the service.Thanks again.

Don’t order extensions changed completely after a few days
Very disappointed with both the quality of the hair and the customer service.
I have used many extension brands over the years. After less than a week, these extensions became dry, matted, tangled, shed excessively and noticeably thinned, despite being cared for correctly and only washed once with extension-safe products.
When I contacted customer service, they wasn’t helpful at all and told me I have to send back the extensions and wait a few weeks before they even know if they do anything to solve this.
For a premium-priced product, I expected much better quality and service. Unfortunately, this experience has really let me down.

Tape Tab Disaster
I loved the hair and cannot fault the quality however i cannot express enough how much i would strongly advise against the tape tabs, they turned crispy over time, slipped and were a nightmare to get out of my hair leaving chunks of glue all around my head despite using the correct removal methods! do not use this product and stick to a different brand for the tabs !!

Colour match was great and was excited…
Colour match was great and was excited about the clips ins however they dry curly and not straight and I have straight hair so I’m going to have to leave them so a waste of money to be honest. Bad quality looks like straw once washed only a couple of times.

Fantastic colour match and arrived quickly but I can’t seem to clip them in without the clips showing, probably because the hair on top is too thin but that then defeats the object of having them to build volume. Also easy to trim
Think I will just need to persevere.

DO NOT BUY !! i bought the hair in natural black i was soo excited i paid for a deposit for my hair appointment so i can install the hair and i had my family’s wedding I had to go too and i sit at the chair at my appointment i opened the package and i received a light light brown -_- now days later im going back and fourth with milk and blush through email. They say it’s unhygienic to send the hair back Ok cool ? I dispose of the hair. Now it’s oh send the hair back for a full refund… I just want a full refund for my order. I couldn’t go to my family’s wedding , I paid for a deposit for a appointment I couldn’t even get the service due to the inconvenience, etc.. I’m very disappointed.
