DO NOT BUY !! i bought the hair in natural black i was soo excited i paid for a deposit for my hair appointment so i can install the hair and i had my family’s wedding I had to go too and i sit at the chair at my appointment i opened the package and i received a light light brown -_- now days later im going back and fourth with milk and blush through email. They say it’s unhygienic to send the hair back Ok cool ? I dispose of the hair. Now it’s oh send the hair back for a full refund… I just want a full refund for my order. I couldn’t go to my family’s wedding , I paid for a deposit for a appointment I couldn’t even get the service due to the inconvenience, etc.. I’m very disappointed.

I just had my hair dyed and was not sure what shade to get I asked for some help via colour match and was told Latte. The Shade is amazing!!!!whoever matched me is amazing!!! It matches my hair exactly it’s perfect❤️The hair is so soft and thick from top to bottom!!!

Horrible customer service, didn’t arrive on time and still didn’t when paid extra, no response from company with multiple times reaching out to multiple different websites.

I emailed asking for a shade match and a lovely lady called jess helped me pick the perfect colour x

Love the extensions so soft and last a long time, and when you contact the team to help with colour matching they are always so helpful. Would highly recommend if you want silky soft extensions!!

I bought hair extensions last minute for a bridal hair trial, but was having my hair coloured the following day so I couldn't share a photo what the colour would be, only current and inspo pics. I received not only prompt responses, but Ellie fully read my messages about my hair colour situation and even helped guide me to which type of clip ins would be best for my bridal style - which was very pleasant surprise thinking I'd only get colour match support.

My order arrived in good time in beautiful packaging and although I was nervous as there was no label the sample, and the product itself could not have been a closer match to my new colour... like my hairdresser and the manufacturer used the same colour!!

I couldn't be happier with my order, perfect customer service and I really look forward to styling them for my bridal look, and seeing what they are like when I get a bob too after the wedding! :)

I received my clip in extensions today beautifully packaged. I was pleasantly surprised to see a tester piece which you try 1st in case you have to send them back & the colour is amazing. They are very good quality & definitely worth every penny they look so natural when they are on highly recommended

I had such a good experience whilst ordering a ponytail extension from Milk & Blush.
I've never had extensions before, but I'm getting married and wanted to have a full low ponytail. I wasn't sure exactly what colour to get, but sent some photo's off to the team via Instagram and they responded so quickly.
I then did have a query with my order and it was dealt with quickly and efficiently and once rectified I had my ponytail extension within a few days and it's beautiful and matches my hair colour perfectly! I couldn't be more pleased and can't wait to wear it!
Would highly recommend Milk & Blush for their customer service, high quality products and over all customer experience is second to none!

Stuck with £138 worth of extensions that don’t match, they don’t lift with toner or purple shampoo like all other extensions I’ve had, the blonde remains orange. Expensive lesson. You should be able to view the whole set and not just a tester piece when spending so much money!

I was recommended hair extensions for my wedding from Milk & Blush by my bridal hair stylist. I am sooooo pleased. I messaged them via Instagram yesterday with a photo of my hair. They came today and could not be a better colour match if they tried! Couldn't of done better! Thank you so much 🤍🤍

I ordered two colours of the invisible filler clip ins because my hair is 1/2 platinum & 1/2 black.

I gave only 4 stars because the "platinum" shade is not actually platinum. It is not nearly light enough to be considered platinum. My platinum hair is almost white. So I was anticipating the possibility of needing to tone out some yellow. However, it was at least two shades too dark. Because I was in a pinch and got these for an event. I didn't have time to sort this out with their customer service. I ended up just bleaching them twice. Which, if you have ever done this to extensions, you know it severely ruins their quality.
So if you need platinum, these extensions will not be the right colour.

All of that is unfortunate because their black hair was perfect. Super soft nice hair (as the -not platinum- blonde were too).

Over all, if I didn't need real platinum, I would consider another purchase.

I’ve used Milk & Blush a few times now and every time has been a great experience. I’ve used the hair colour match service which was spot on and the hair colour recommended was the perfect match. I’ve contacted customer service a couple of times too and each time they could not have been more helpful. It is the best customer service I have ever dealt with. The extensions are also very good quality and look great in my hair. I’ll continue to use Milk & Blush for my hair extensions and accessories.

Hey! So for the girlies out there that are scared to spend a decent amount of money on hair extensions, don’t be scared with milk and blush.

First of all the quality of the hair is amazing, thick and soft! You can use heat on them, wash them, dry them, just make sure you look after them with heat protectant like you would your normal hair.

I got these on Klarna as a beginner, because I was scared to spend a chunk of money on something I’ve not tried before. I’ve never had extensions but they’re so easy to use and I feel so much better about myself! I have a short blunt hair cut and they still blend so well because of how thick the extensions are, but they’re not heavy! Can’t recommend enough, wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re beautiful and I’ve had so many compliments at work about them. Thank you!
