Recently ordered a bundle of goodies from Mimi Bear, they have an amazing range of products which made it super easy to choose! I could have bought so much more! Correspondence from Mimi Bear was amazing too, being kept upto date with dispatch info and item delays. My order arrived with in the specified delivery times too!

Ordered an item that was supposed to have a 48 hour turnaround for delivery (ordered Thursday) we are now approaching Wednesday and I'm still waiting for my parcel.
Won't be ordering again. If you order just know that the delivery times are just estimates.
Delivery finally arrived. The parcel was improperly packed and flimsy. The parcel was chucked in a box with thr worst tape I have seen and no postage label. Royal mail received the parcel and had to open to box to find the returns label to get the address. I was lucky that royal mail still got this delivered to me. They were also horrified at the way the parcel was presented. The package was in no way protected and if it had been raining my item would have been ruined.
I have never in my life come across a company so shoddy in their practises.

No number to actually speak to someone- have to talk via emails. Steph has been responding very vaguely/ avoiding any real response to my questions
My parcel was left outside my door by dpd, was either stolen to taken back by dpd.
Steph told me to contact dpd myself and find out where it is. Just terrible!! My daughter’s birthday present won’t come in time now. Not sure if I’ll even get a parcel

Response to the comment- my ring door bell wont record for longer then 10 seconds when someone walks by ( I can’t record all day) it can take up to 30/60 seconds before it will start recording again. So it doesn’t pick up all motion.
You are asking me to provide something that’s not possible.

Not be leaving parcels outside doors I have a picture of the parcel being left outside my door with my door shut!!
TERRIBLE service. No response on what will happen or if I will get a refund or my parcel at some point. Truly disappointing
4 days later and still no email with update or explanation who has my package….
I have now received half a refund but not a full one. It’s been months of emails and it takes weeks to get a response. Don’t order from them!!!

Ordered for my daughter first birthday a ball pit and a rainbow taken just over 4 weeks to arrive and when got delivered no ball pit has arrived the steps and slide parts of the ball pit have arrived they are trying to tell me that it has been delivered when on the delivery note it saying it been delivered to Poland where they are manufactured!! Now they are telling me I have wait for them to hear to back from the supplier! So left very in the dark on what is going on after spending a lot of money very disappointed with what is going on very upsetting and such a shame because the products that have arrived are very lovely and very good condition & very well made!
Hopefully it will all be resolved soon

It seems like the staff behind this store are nice. Although not advertised as not being in stock, I bought a dockatot and have yet to receive my item (has been 3 weeks today). Very disappointed and hope the company will honour the cancellation at least. I love supporting small businesses but I didn’t expect the order to take this long.

Purchased two stunning pillows for my son’s nursery. Amazing quality and arrived earlier than expected.
made an order on the 16th of august and i knew there was a 2-4 week time scale but it came yesterday so well before then. brilliant customer service and the item, the corduroy cherry chair, is absolutely gorgeous and is going to be a lovely birthday present for my daughter next month.
I bought an electric tooth brush for my little toddler. It is lovely and very useful! After the purchase, Hannah send me an email to thank me, which I found very kind friendly! I totally recommend mimibear!
They were late sending my item, it was then sent to the wrong address and now stuck at the depot because they need confirmation from the sender of the correct address! Had to take time off to receive the order which I haven't got as its sent to the wrong place
! Awful service and parcels are not getting to the customers, no contact details to call the sender either!
Order not received weeks later. I placed an order on Tuesday 18th June for a baby shower gift and received confirmation advising delivery would be up to 5 working days.
I emailed again on 25/06 to query where my order was. I was advised the item is sent directly from their supplier and I should receive an email with my tracking reference once received.
I emailed again on 28/06 (baring in mind the baby shower had already now passed) as I still had not received any communication regarding my order being dispatched and asked for an update.
I received a response later that day to advise they have emailed their supplier and will let me know once they receive a response.
Sunday 30/06 I emailed requesting to cancel my order and to receive a full refund including the delivery charges as I still had not received my order nearly 2 weeks later!
I received a response on 01/07 to advise they can not cancel my order as it has already been fulfilled by their supplier and have emailed them for an update (obviously not as I have not received any communication regarding this nor tracking reference). Surely you are able to cancel my order as it has not yet been dispatched and issue me a refund.
I would be grateful if you could issue me a full refund including delivery costs or I will have no option but to contact the financial ombudsman service for further advice
