Friday the 13th lived up to it’s reputation.

Less than a week before fitting and a day after Mirror Image removed our old wardrobes, I received a call on that dreaded day from Marcus, the Managing Director. There was a problem with our choice of colour for the interior, as the delightful COVID-19 was causing chaos with distribution.
Would we like another colour? We were asked?

Err, no.

Not at all.

Needless to say, you think you know where the rest of this review is going.

Well, you’d be wrong.

Faced with an impossible dilemma, Mirror Image still delivered. They pulled out all of the stops to get us the product we had requested. During this mini-crisis, they kept us constantly updated- communication was flawless.

The wardrobes look amazing and we are very, very pleased. Thanks to Chris (our designer), Aaron (the fitter) and of course, Marcus, who saved the day.

I would recommend Mirror Image, they completed the installation of our wardrobes today. Adam, Jimmy, and Arron were excellent. They were kind , thoughtful and courteous. The wardrobes are lovely and very smart.

What can I say. This is a great company. Starting with Vicky who came and did all the measuring for us for our 3rd bedroom to Jason ( a lovely guy) who fitted it and also all the lovely people I spoke to over the phone. A big big thank you to you all. This is not the first time we have used Mirror Image. We had our other 2 bedrooms fitted some years ago now and you’d think they were only done yesterday. The quality is of a high caliber. Excellent and very professional service. Would recommend highly. In fact I have and quite a few of my friends have had them for their bedroom fitments as well. Well done all and thank you.

A fine job, on time and to specification. Expertly fitted by Adam who used experience and initiative to make a perfect fit.

Excellent customer service from Chris with good advice on types of fitted wardrobes to suit our needs. Aaron our installer’s workmanship is excellent and he is indeed a credit to Mirror Image. We are delighted with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending Mirror Image.

The first time we have used Mirror image but certainly not the last. Chris, the designer was so helpful and gave great advice about colours-thanks Chris, we love the panels you recommended.
Adam is a lovely young man, did a beautiful job of our fitting and advising how to clean etc.

We started the renovation of our bedroom early this year and we finally now have some lovely fitted wardrobes. The workmanship is faultless, the service first rate, I would recommend Mirror Image without hesitation.

Huge thank you to everyone at Mirror Image, from Veronica for her advice, Chris for his design and Adam for his excellent workmanship. We had our first wardrobes fitted by the company in the mid 80s, so had no doubts in their expertise.

Brought my car in to get the rear bumper painted after having a scrap with a bollard.
Kes and Sam only had the car for a few days and they’d got it looking brand new.
Unfortunately for me they have now made me want to get the whole car done so I’ll be taking it back to them soon.

Today I had a fitted wardrobe installed by Adam who I found to be personable, approachable and above all polite.
He worked methodically through the day, and produced the highest standard of work.

Great service from beginning to end, even with the lockdown disruption that happened in the middle. Very straightforward to deal with, and Adam's fitting was super efficient.

What a great find. We were going to get a quote from one of the big national outfits, but then we decided to go local, and glad we did.
