Excellent company
We had a lovely lady come round to our house for a free quote for a built in wardrobe in our bedroom. She was very kind, friendly and didn't make you feel under any pressure. She had all the samples to put next to the walls, to get an idea of colours.
We then went into the store (Norwich) to see the quality of their products, straight away we could tell they were very good quality and booked in straight away. The lady in store was very accommodating and had all our paperwork to hand straight away. Very organised. We book in for a Saturday morning because we were only a small job, 4 weeks later we have out wardrobe in. Jason the fitter was amazing, very talented man and great workmanship. Got straight on with the job, informing us of things that he needed to and asked/told us if anything changed whilst doing the job. Once again very kind person and didn't make you feel uncomfortable in your own home. Payment was very easy at the end, you are given an invoice by the fitter, which you then can either go in store to pay the balance, or just call up, which I did. Over the phone was very easy and once again very friendly.
I would recommend this company to anybody. Their products are amazing quality and for a good price. Considering some of the quotes we received from other companies, it was amazing. They clearly are proud of their own products and trust them as you are also given a 10 year warranty!
We will be looking at getting our second bedroom fitted with the same wardrobe in the future.

Excellent service right from the very beginning. Showroom very nice with friendly helpful staff. Next step was the home visit from Vicky who was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were then contacted with a fitting date which they stuck to and kept us informed of this. Fitters turned up on the day on time . The pair of them were amazing. Very nice couple of lads and a credit to the company. Can't sing their praise enough they did a superb job

Mirror Image is a brilliant organisation from start to finish. The Norwich Showroom has an excellent range of its products and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Vicky who does the measuring and quotations is kind and helpful and does an excellent job.
The products are assembled/manufactured on site and the quality is superb. The fitter, Aaron, has been with the business for many years and, again, does a superb job and is friendly and approachable.

The fourth time I have used this company, and I can say that they provide the same excellent quality of product and service as they did back in the 1980s. Aaron and Lewis did an excellent job of the fitting and tidying up!

I have previously had wardrobes fitted, this time I had office furniture. The lady who came out to design the room was very good and came up with a plan that represented our needs perfectly. Aaron and Liam who fitted the furniture were very efficient. Aaron is a credit to the company and a very professional, well mannered man.

We had 2 bedrooms fitted and are extremely pleased with all aspects of the service from showroom staff, bedroom designer and then finally Aaron the fitter. Nothing was too much trouble.
I would highly recommend this company.
