Very bad service!!
They sent me the wrong saree and refused to pay for the return charges, even though it was their fault. So i ended up keeping the product even though it wasn't what I had payed for.
Also they were very bad at communicating about the problem and many times didn't answer.
I ended up making a dispute on Paypal, where they did the unthinkable.
Mishree said to Paypal that they had sent me the right saree, and tried to make them believe that by replacing the saree I originally ordered with the one I recieved on their website.
This is the most disgusting thing I have experienced!
I will never shop there again and will not recommend this shop. Even though their items may be good, they can't take resposibility for their own mistake and give the costumer the service they deserve.
Mishreesaree has proven how bad and disgusting a shop can be.
It does not even deserve one Star.
