If I could give no stars I would. We have a faulty bath and Ash has been terrible in 'helping' us given he is the customer relations manager, shop manager and apparently according to him also the owner!! We're still trying to get it resolved almost a year later with being no further forward. He says he'll call back in an hour but 5 hrs later and no call. Also no answer from the number. Steer well clear. Maybe good at sale but NO after care at all.
Update: Ash has lied about the bath not being manufactured anymore - it is. He lied that the manufacturer has said I can't get a replacement - I can. HE CANNOT BE TRUSTED!! AVOID BUYING FROM HERE!
The reply below is a lie. The bath was damaged once after leaving our property - not done by us and we have proof.
Update - after waiting for over a week for MJ Bathrooms to do their own investigation and report, they have replied with a terribly written email outlining all points already within an email and still not accepting our photographic proof. What a shambles of a company. Ash is totally incompetent and appears to be a one man band unable to deal with anything properly. Suppliers and customers beware!!

This allegations are completely incorrect, Customer got back to us after 1 year of delivering the ITEM advising they have manufactured defect on the bath, Delivered in 2022 customer registered complain to us in 2023 and due to construction work @ property this bath was never installed in initial stage - YET Customer agreed he open the BOX and have kept some construction material - though we suggested customer will get bath collected for inspection and if found faulty will credit and then customer never responded for 6 months, Wife contacted us claiming to have replacement on bath which was delivered 2 years back, YET if bath was fault customer tried installing bath "NOT SURE WHY? IF IT WAS FAULTY" though WE collected BATH from Customer on our OWN Cost and on Inspection from manufacturer it was found that BATH had multiple damages and the main reason of rejection was customer has kept some material inside the bath that lead to this type of fault. It look like the painted
exterior of the bath has been attached by some form of corrosive chemical and hence
blistered. and customer while installing bath made several damages it seems they weren't able to install it properly and result they started blaming product, us and manufacturer for the fault cause by customer

Be aware I had to return my vanity unit and was told I had to pay £180.00+VAT £60 for transport and £120 admission fee, I have asked them to reconsider this absorbing charge but they would not budge, I am looking to FSA for help.

Apologies for the Inconvenience, As advised this charges are from Supplier and to source the item Delivery charges are always applicable and it was an unwanted item, and we need to collect the same and that is cost to us, though we ask will try to speak to supplier and ask for lesser quote for collection

Item stated in stock. Following day I was advised that item is not in stock and will be ordered by the supplier and would be several weeks. I asked for a refund and a week later still do not have my refund despite sending 4 emails asking. They are blaming the bank, the bank tells me the merchant has the refund pending. Buyers AVOID. Don't waste your time or effort with these people

So they were essentially offering something for sale that they couldn't provide.

Great service
I've had some bad experiences with dodgy online bathroom shops before, so I was a bit wary ordering from here. I ordered a shower tray but when it arrived I found it didn't fit (my fault for not measuring properly). I was anticipating a nightmare trying to return it, and admittedly it did take a couple of emails to sort out, but I received a full refund no problem. I would definitely order from here again and can fully recommend.
